Update: I am updating my review. The support team got back to me. While there was a delay in response, there is a support team there. They were very apologetic, warm in response and worked to resolve the issue. I decided to keep the service. As I am now able to login, I can now see what neuro training is available. I purchased the 30 day program with lifetime access. While I am just starting, I can see the program contains training to help understand the nervous system, trauma in the body, and how to calm and care for it. There is section on co-regulation for parents and with relationships and a library of over 30 videos with practices for soothing your nervous system. There are a few bonus trainings I was pleasantly surprised to receive on managing chronic fatigue through expressive arts, vagus nerve healing and improving sleep. I can't tell you the effectiveness of the program as I haven't done it yet, but I can assure you this is not a scam, there is a real program in place and appears to be great value for the price.
I encourage the company to please increase customer support response time to troubleshoot login issues. I see others that had the same issue and this would prevent refund requests or fear of being scammed. The website version on my phone was a little harder to navigate in terms of getting back to home page and accessing programs. I ended up downloading the app for no additional charge and was able to fully access my program there. The app is a much friendlier experience to navigate with easy direction and access to all the programs. I am looking forward to going through the course content

Original review: This sounded like a good program. My card was charged but I never received a confirmation of purchase nor login info. I wrote support and was pleased to get a response telling me a link was re-sent for me to access the program and to let them know if I had problems. I didn’t receive a new link, it wasn’t in SPAM folder and I have now sent three follow up emails over the past week and have not received one response back to remedy the situation. I tried doing a password reset but it didn’t recognize my email. I really wanted to give this a chance but I can’t even access the program. I’m disappointed. At this point I will now have to look at how to cancel it.

After the initial assurance that you could get a refund simply and only had to say “it’s not for me” the service has been unresponsive and merely referred me to their terms and conditions. They should have stated this as a rejoinder to the original glib assurance. Had they done so I wouldn’t have paid for it.
There’s nothing new about this programme you can find the same stuff all over the place.

My experience has been great so far. The app is great when you are on the run. I like to set aside a 30 minute window in the morning to practice the easy exercises, and listen to an informative video.

I find most of the techniques useful. I like the first ones on gargling and breathing. I’m not up to yoga yet. The art ones are fun and relaxing. The program is creative and has different ideas

I am really enjoying the slow and gentle nature of this course. Usually I try and do do do but this is encouraging me to slow down and lean into the calm feeling that slowness brings. I have integrated humming into my daily routines, such as when I am making my coffee of a morning. It feels achievable and empowering. I have had much more success going back to work since starting these practises - where I previously felt overwhelmed and stressed, my body is slowing beginning to find a new pattern. I also like the email reminders, they are not too frequent but feel like a gentle invitation to move to the next step.

I really like the low demand way that this is presented. I was a bit nervous that it would be a bit “airy-fairy” but it’s not- they give plenty of alternative options if what they are suggesting feels weird for you. I really like that.

the course and content is helpful and simple to follow. i have found the exercises easy to adopt into everyday life, and i appreciate that there is no time pressure to move onto the next step. the gentle nudge emails however are helpful as we all live busy lives, and often forget to prioritise both ourselves, and our recovery.

The first time in years that I felt completely understood and had real confidence that I am not broken and that there’s a way to heal. I personally like the tapping and mirror work best and use them on a daily basis. Even though I haven’t completed the programme yet I feel my body respond with much more confidence. I've bought the "Vagus Nerve Healing Journey" a few weeks ago, since I've tried behavioural therapy for years, it worked only to a certain extent, and was made aware that you also have to heal the body/ "unfreeze" your nervous system which is stuck in alarm mode, not only the mind.
Yelling out to Facebook helped ;-), upon an add from Neurotoned, which addresses this exact problem, I signed up for the above course.
Naturally, I couldn't get myself in gear, and didn't start. A few days after my purchase, I got an email saying "we understand that things can be scary and overwhelming. Here's a super simple step to get started, then, we recommend if you find it in you to start slowly with uncomplicated exercises to calm down your system before going for the 30 day program, here's a link".
And I am so grateful. It's super simple, smaaaall baby steps, I can manage to motivate myself daily even if it's just for a few minutes. I am still at the very beginning, but am so happy to have found Neurotoned where they don't powersell, I feel seen and taken care of and don't feel pressure to rush into things.
