Tracey
Tracey is always pleasant, considerate, and obviously a dedicated first-class therapist. She has done a great deal for my wife's condition (disability and tremor following a stroke) - not least for her morale. She gives great encouragement not only when she is present in person but also with the routines she leaves for the rest of the week. Her visits have become friendly occasions for my wife and she frequently asks when Tracey is coming back.

Five star service
My husband's physiotherapist (Nicola Nairn), has worked really hard with my husband. He always feels so much better after his session as the relationship between them is very professional but, fun also which has such a positive impact on my husband. She has the patience of a saint. My husband's mobility has improved greatly.

A definite positive influence
I started working with Claire McCaul almost two years ago, when I needed guidance about what would be the best forward steps to take when my MS was overpowering me mentally and physically and I haven't regretted it.
Claire is pretty intuitive and if ever my MS isn't allowing me to do a lot she will do passive stretching to mobilise but not exhaust. However I do like to be pushed so when I feel able Claire is always happy to push me on as well.

First appointment
This was my first appointment and i was really impressed. I expected a short assessment followed by some exercises to do at home. I was pleasantly surprised to have a full hour session in which the physiotherapist went through all of my problem areas working on them individually, I was then given a series of exercises to follow up at home before my next appointment.
The service was courteous and friendly and the facilities were modern and spotlessly clean

Neurophysio class
I really enjoy the class. The coordination exercises are very challenging but I feel I've been improving...slightly :). I noticed today that Nicola’s counting down helped me push through and stick with each series until the end. My balance is also getting a little bit better. Many thanks to Nicola and Kenny.

A first assessment with Cassie
A first assessment with Cassie
A friendly welcome
Details of medical history covered very thoroughly and Cassie then gave a good current diagnosis
This was followed up with some very good exercises that I can continue at home with the help of clear written details
I left the session with hope that I can improve my ability to walk even a year after a stroke

Excellent Service
Made a booking for my mum who had recently had a mini stroke , from booking appointment to mum,s first meeting with Tracey I found Neuro Physio Scotland to be excellent.
Spent time to identify needs and full assessment of mum's condition and even after only one visit has given mum her confidence back and identified her needs.
Tracey was a star and her advice and patience with my mum was excellent.
Highly recommend this organisation.
