Really happy. Great quality material and stitch work.

I ordered a sweatshirt and a pair of leggings in two separates ordered and did not have to wait long on either! Postage time was a week and no longer! Highly recommend!

The LUXRIB seamless leggings are perfect. A bit disappointed with the GAIA scrunch bum leggings tho.

The shipping is okay but there is no update or status report of my shipping until you schedule it with DHL.

This is more of a UX problem of your purchase flow.

I ordered two different pairs of leggings one pair was ok The other style I didn’t like it the way it fit, note if you like to exchange or get refund for you item you need to pay for postage yourself , long time for refund to be processed as well .

Love Neu, never disappoints. Gorgeous sets and I always get compliments. Just can’t wait for the gyms to open to show them off.

I love every item that I purchased. It was my first time buying from Neu apparel and it might be my ew favorite athletic brand. The material is soft, loved the color options and the bras/tops are perfectly padded.

So impressed with these leggings and brand! I originally bought because I love the eco ethos and minimal branding, but I was not expecting how soft and beautiful they are! They feel like a second skin, so comfortable. I think these might be my new ultimate legging! Only taking a star off because I still haven't heard anything about my return almost a month later but I understand covid may be causing delays. Please restock the mocha colour as I want to get these!!!!!

Delivery was relatively slow, I love the look of the sports bra and leggings and the sports bra fits perfectly. However the leggings fit awkwardly and are completely see through :-( not the best for the price and I definitely can’t wear them to the gym.

The tracksuit set is such good quality and lovely fit. They have the best customer service. Very impressed.

Absolutely love their clothing, quality, fit etc is amazing...BUT the delivery times and lack of communication really let them down!! Currently waiting for an order I’ve chased 3 times now. I know they’re a small team but if they’re getting this busy surely they need to take on more staff!!

I ordered a full set of he Deep Forest collection and I’m obsessed with it! It quality is amazing and it’s so warm!! My only downside was I never got the tracking email so didn’t know when it was arriving. However, that wouldn’t stop me from purchasing again.

Packages were delayed without explanation. Customer service was awful. Poor service all around.

I didn’t reseve my order yet...
I placed my order the 4th of januari and it’s now the 1 of februari...

Still haven’t received an order I made on the 30/12 and haven’t been able to get in contact with customer service to rectify the situation.

Poor. Over a month later and I haven’t received my order. Excuse after excuse. I asked to cancel before it was shipped and then oddly enough it was miraculously “shipped” before they could do this but courier firm still haven’t received this over 7 working days later. No one is answering emails. Awful firm that clearly can’t cope with demand.

Lovely tracksuit very high quality will be buying another.
