I have received an email to review the items I bought but its been more than 2 months and still haven't received my order! I have emailed numerous times and don't get a reply! My situation is still unresolved!! I will never order from here again!

I have been waiting over 6 weeks I have been promised once they will be delivered when they are in stock I can live with that however then I received an email saying they have gone to the warehouse to be sent, still no leggings and nobody returning my Emails abs no tracking details, followed by a email from trustpilot asking will I rate the leggings I have yet to receive ????

Best to avoid. Ordered a month ago and have still not received my items. Customer service lied to me that my order was being conveniently picked up by hermes on the evening they replied to my email (over a week later) in which i asked them to cancel my order. Over a week later and it has still not been picked up by hermes. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards, to Klarna (the method of payment I used), and to the Insolvency Service as their behaviour towards me and others falls under scamming and causing financial harm to customers

Their customer service is absolutely shocking! I made a pre order for the products to be shipped out on the 5th April. It’s now the 10th May and no sign of my order. They keep saying I will have tracking number by the end of the week latest and then another week goes by. Taking 4/5 days to respond to my emails. Sort it out!!!

I oder some clothes one shorts is cost £23.30 they send me email they canceled them self my oder not me and said in my email they refund me £19 only without including post £4 what I pay, SO I PAID £27.30 they take all money, i check my bank and there 0 refund no one responded to email, now I report to bank about how they scam people and need report other places plus share everywhere on social media is possible they easy can steal more money from your account as they have your details.

No response to email and no money back after 1 month
It would appear from other comments that this company is a bit lackadaisical in returning peoples money for orders returned. Absolutely disgusted by the inability to answer an email. Surely, it doesn’t take a minute to answer an email.
For those of you that don’t know this; you can raise a dispute via your bank and retrieve your money back this way. It leaves a record on their file.
Unresponsive, haven’t got my order but also won’t give money back. Disappointed
I ordered a set in the end of March, completely understanding that it wouldn’t be shipped until w/c April 5th. It has now been three weeks since then, I’ve emailed customer service several times asking for an update, and when they didn’t reply, I simply asked for money back. I haven’t received a reply to any of my emails. I guess I’ll have to go to the financial ombudsman to get my money back as NEU is completely unresponsive!
I’m so disappointed because I really liked the company and the tracksuit I received previously was such good quality and no issues with the order.

I ordered the 2-piece sweatpants and sweater set and I love it! Big thanks to Carla who provided an amazing customer service experience when there was a mix up with my delivery :)
Awful quality
I ordered the whole muted mocha set and absolutely loved it, however as soon as I put the long sleeve top on the seam from the armpit to the elbow just fully popped open. The customer service was amazing and I received a new one pretty fast but then put it on and it did the exact same thing straight away so I ended up just getting a refund as I couldn’t trust that a new one wouldn’t just do the same. I kept the sports bra and leggings and honestly the leggings are so flattering and I loved the set but the seam on the crotch of the leggings has just done the exact same. For the price of everything I feel like the quality has been absolutely shocking and I’m so angry/disappointed.
Women owned, must be a bunch of skinny women
The brand looks great from the outside. Plastic free, women owned etc. In actuality, I was really disappointed.
I ordered some ‘oversized’ joggers (size M) and leggings (size L) I am a small size 12.
The joggers were far too tight. The leggings were also far too tight. How is a size 12 bigger than a large?
I expected a women owned company to be realistic on sizes, but they really weren’t.
On top of that, I had to pay for my own return, which is ridiculous considering they’re an online store.
Beautiful sets and amazing quality
I had seen a few reviews about the poor shipping so felt slightly worried, however, my delivery came within 6 days so I am very happy! Absolutely worth any wait though! I ordered the Scandi Blue LUXrib set and it is a perfect fit. The colour is gorgeous and the material is so comfortable. I would recommend these products, they make you look and feel great!
Terrible company
8 weeks after my purchase and still no refund, all emails met with lies and bad attitude. I sent my goods back because they sent me the wrong order, I had to pay for the return! They received the goods back on 12th Feb and still haven’t given my money back. I even received an email 4 days ago saying they had processed my refund - however Pay Pal have confirmed there has been no attempt to refund me. Pay Pal have escalated my case thankfully. To be met with lies, no apologies, the worst customer service I’ve ever known, this company does not deserve any business - honestly it has been so distressing and time consuming and I got nowhere with them.
