i had a very difficult time finding …

i had a very difficult time finding parts on web page, customer service was somewhat helpful but short and curt wanting to get off the line. there search icon is very small with no field around it. took a call to customer service again impatient walking me through finding it. online is difficult until you learn differences in companies web page. i did find what i needed and was shipped promptly
