First i receive my sheet seconde time they stole me 200euros try to contact them and get nothing no answer so if you live in Europe dont buy them anythings

This company is trash! Do not order from them. If I could give no stars I would. You get no info on your purchase. Called and emailed multiple times no response. I finally just canceled my order through PayPal.

Terrible company! Don't waste your time and energy with such an unprofessional so-called company! No one answers the phone or calls back. Takes days to get an email response. Huge hassle to verify my order was not fraudulent, yet they actually put through the charge without verifying my information. Sent a copy of my credit card and driver's license but next day received a message that it didn't match. Turned out it was because online I used my husband's number, but sent a copy of my card. Shawn was very rude when he called and unwilling to get it worked out. He canceled my order and hung up on me. I was trying to get a welder for my son's graduation gift and now I have wasted five days on this ridiculous site.

Made it nearly impossible to purchase and receive welder. The complicated and time consuming ordering acceptance process was serious overkill. Still haven't received the item. This should have taken two days instead of two weeks as I live in the state adjoining the product supplier. Ridiculous.

received package through the mail. plastic case was damaged and tungsten also broke off in half.. I think the item should of properly more secured by adding bubble wrap or a cardboard,rather just a clear tape on the case.

I got my order of Alumicut faster than I expected. I was impressed.with the package and and the effort to protect my order.

Slow shipping. Ordered 2 magnifying lenses(light,small package) and paid for shipping (high cost for light item). 5/5/19. 7 days later still, no package. Should have bought elsewhere.
