Thank you for making our daughter’s…

Thank you for making our daughter’s 21st special. Being away from home on her birthday made her feel loved when she received the message for delivery and ultimately getting the gift.

Same day delivery service (NOT)

I ordered a same day delivery service. The delivery was attempted around 6pm in the evening at an office address.. Needless to say the recipient was not at work at that time. Delivery only took place the next day(today).
Please don't offer a same day delivery promise if you're unable to deliver on it.

Not a great experience

The package was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered, and there was no communication at all. This morning I received mails to say the package was delivered, which it was not, and another mail an hour later to say it was out for delivery. This experience was really not the best this time around.
