iv been a neduma since day 1 with the r1 ,r2 and the latest power the R3 over the years been great but some time you have to go with the latest tech which is the R3 and my hit detection be on point my connection from all with the new game mw3 is great and xdefient iv notice .. looking forward on any new update on the router and new features great product thanks netduma for over the years on helping me on the config of the router for gameing NETDUMA you smash the ball out of the park on this one again

1. A device that does not meet the expected results, eternal problems with the software,(DumaOS Version 4.0.219 Steady Ping it doesn't work more often than it does especially in Call of Duty series games SmartBOOST bug wrong,calculate your speed you have to turn it OFF and ON to get it working fine again Geo-Filter connects more than once outside the marked zone,router make you lagging&poor hit registration,using LAN connection),weak WiFi signal disconnects your devices,long waiting for the firmware to improve its operation, which last for ages and finally do not bring any results .
2. On the forum you can receive advice that will help you, such as do a reset/do a factor reset, turn off IPv6 and whether your settings are dmz ........ etc and so on, advice that doesn't contribute to improving anything actually,by the way, a person named FUZY who posted a sweet review here,it's a sponsored Forum moderator by netduma so I wouldn't take his review as a proper opinion,this is one of the people who advises this great repair solution, i.e. turn off IPV6 and do a reset or factory reset.
My advice to you is - less writing advices and more accual improvement because my router is getting dusty.

The forum is full of people with all kinds of problems with the router.

A company and a team always attentive to the needs of their community via their forum and social networks!

High-performance and unrivaled software (easily manageable and highly graphically designed) offering very advanced applications that will be accessible to everyone.

I particularly like the QoS work on a DPI basis which is updated regularly at the user's request.

A powerful ping optimizer even with poor connections like LTE.

Impossible to find more plug&play!

I've had a number routers (including ones from Asus etc) over the past few decades, but when it comes to FPS gaming the Netduma routers (R2 and R3) have been the best so far in my experience. It's great when the other half is watching 4k content or using the internet for something yet it doesn't impact my gaming experience. As most households these days have many devices (smart or otherwise) connected it's great to still be able to game and not feel like you are getting melted by the opponent. Brilliant bit of kit.

I have been a Netduma Routers customer since their first model, the R1, and have witnessed how much they have improved over the years. Today I have had 4 of the versions of their products because they fulfill their purpose, a better experience when playing online.

They constantly update the product software to always have the best optimized version. And they even make drastic improvements to their software at no additional cost. Something that nowadays companies hide only by purchasing the most modern equipment in their lineup (Nvidia for example).

The best thing Neduma has as a company is customer service. Today, for me, it is the most accessible and transparent company with its clients. They have their own forum where they answer questions, doubts and even take ideas from their clients for future projects.

Yes, what you are looking for is to take a level jump in your Online games, without a doubt Netduma is the best option with its R2 and R3 routers, it has the best QOS on the market, it will not disappoint you. Add that the team that works at Netduma are magnificent and always willing to help.

I've been using products from Netduma for over several years. This company has always ensured that you have a proper gaming session. One of the main features that always help has been the Geo-Filter and the Congestion Control. These two features has been Godsend when it comes to gaming online. The geo-filter helps so much in being able to play locally and especially when you're big on First-Person-Shooters and Fighting Games. While, the congestion control, it keeps the connection within' my home from experiencing those high PING SPIKES when it comes to a family member or update in the background from a phone / pc and keep it from extremely raising the ping while in game and keeps the ping stable, even for those that use copper connections.

Netduma continues offering new features for the user to utilize.

Anytime, one doesn't know something, you can visit the forum and Fraser will be there to do everything he can to help.

This is the 2nd netduma I have had. They seem to improve game by for a short time, but then they actually seem to make connections worse. My search ping on MW3 now jumps from 32 to nearly 200!! Even tho I have the geo fence covering my home country of the UK. I seem to suffer more insta-deaths now. So I've just unplugged my netduma R3 and now my search ping starts at 19ms!! Games are more buttery smooth and no more fast deaths. This is the last one I'm ever buying.

Amazing product every better customer service. I've been using the NetDuma for a little over a month now and haven't one complaint and also have noticed by latency reduced and fps seems much smoother now that I can limit the game from placing me on far away servers.

Great experience using the hardware and software. Helps to have a very helpful team at Netduma that always help if needed!

Netduma R3 from the day it was released, the router does not work as it was advertised and yet there is still no improvement knowing it has already been 6 months, everything is taking extremely long time and no changes are visible. Poor communication between customers and Netduma team. Advertised features like steady ping smart boost not working like they were advertised and promoted. It would be very nice if netduma gave us the money back for misleading us.

Ive been working with this company for years now and they always take care of me. Routers are great and i never have issues and the people I deal with are always easy to work with! Highly recommend

I liked the Adblock feature very much, it works across all devices and its not strict it just blocks anounying ads.

Also how easy DumaOS to use is impressive. You can use it with no experience at all. Every thing is easy to reach it clear no complicated UI or Options.

Internet rules is another great feature where you can block certain website or categories or even games in specific time schedule.

If you're looking for a router built for gaming that actually works then give the netduma R3 a look. Not only does it have a wonderful QOS system that recognizes your favorite apps and organizes them appropriately. It also has a one-of-a-kind feature called the geofilter which allows you to filter out bad servers from your favorite games.

Awesome router with super cool features, was able to get it tuned how I liked in 10 minutes excluding the time setting it up. Well priced at $200 and definitely worth the money.

Used too have a unstable connection, now I have a great ping allowing me to do very well in my Modern Warfare 3 ranked matches, and I also get easier lobbies in public matches. I highly recommend this product

Very good product and service. I loved it.

Bought it for call of duty servers. I couldn't get to stay on the servers I wanted. It kept connecting to a server in California that was nowhere near me. Then the app just stopped working. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars on a router that over promised. I don't have the time to send it back and I'm sure by the time I do it will be too late.
