After winning £3,200 fairly and in full compliance with your terms, my account was abruptly closed and my winnings were withheld without any valid explanation. I have kept records of all activity, correspondence, and verification steps I completed, and I am fully prepared to escalate this matter. If my winnings are not paid promptly, I will be pursuing formal complaints through gambling regulators and licensing authorities, as well as seeking legal advice to recover what is rightfully mine.
