Poor dashboard information

I paid into the pension just before year end but the funds didn't show for nearly a week. There's no way of telling whether they are counted against last year or this year for allowance purposes. Really poor dashboard

Shoddy administration and lies

The customer service is appalling. I was told it would take 7 days to set up a direct debit. It took 3 weeks. I tried to make my second submission and the system said I hadn't paid the first one, despite it leaving my bank 4 days earlier by direct debit, which hits their bank the same day. I was told that it takes 5 days for them to collect after submission so it wasn't collected yet - an absolute lie. If it takes 5 days for them to process the payment onto the system then why not be honest and just say so. But I'm not holding my breath. I wonder how long their 5 days will really take?

NEST pension service including their APP

This service including their APP is absolutely perfect, It is so perfect that I find it hard to believe it is a British service, If only all other pensions service could come anywhere near the high standards of NEST, PERFECT

Constant chasing nest for a withdrawal…

Constant chasing nest for a withdrawal of MY OWN money, they had asked for this and that of proof which is understandable ,however the numerous emails of what they asked for sent repeatedly to be told I have to resend , having to call week after week for a reply/update. Wasn’t made easy at all. Very frustrating.

I updated my address last year, had confirmation from you of the address change, online account showed my updated address… and yet you still sent mail to my old address!
