Absolutely terrible return experience. Company makes you jump through a bunch of hoops to return their product. It feels like they are banking on sleep deprived parents with no time to jump through their hoops to just give up and not return the product. They also make you pay for return shipping. Honestly just dumb and crapp
Don’t order, it’s a scam website.
I placed an order and they didn’t deliver it and they don’t reply on email and the phone number always says they are busy, there is no way to reach them. I even called DHL as there is a tracking link they told me the vendor never shipped the product and to call my bank to report it as a scam transaction.
