Ecoslay didn't ship my paid order.
I excitedly ordered several Ecoslay haircare samples to try, as I had heard good things about their products. A day or so after I ordered, I received an email that said my items were "out of the kitchen" & the shipping label with a tracking number had been created. A week after ordering, the shipping company still hadn't received my pkg. I sent a nice email inquiring when my items would begin their journey. The reply was they were escalting my inquiry on to another team. 2 weeks after ordering, still no word about my order & the shipping company had not received my pkg from Ecoslay. I disputed the charge with my credit card company since they weren't shipping my paid products nor following up as to why shipping was stalled. I genuinely wish the outcome had been better.
