Had an issue, was quickly resolved.

Ordered a Windows 11 Pro key from Nerdused. Was having some issues activating the code, but within 5 minutes It was resolved through their live chat support function from an individual called Jay. Very happy with my experience.

Microsoft Office LTSC reactivation

My Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 wouldn't reactivate on a Windows 11 Home computer after a hardware change, in spite of the fact that Windows itself did reactivate. I got a prompt solution from Jay through Nerdused's online chat.

Software Glitches

I was having trouble properly activating my account. It would continually ask me to activate my account each time I logged in. Then it said I activated my account too many times!!! Jay, the rep on the chat, was so patient and kind with me. Even when I became impatient and upset. He helped resolve the issue and got my account properly activated! Hopefully, the problem is resolved. Thanks for training your reps so well!

This was a GREAT deal for Visio 2024

This was a GREAT deal for Visio 2024. I had a challenge activating my product with Microsoft but I hopped on Chat with Nerdused and they got me instructions to get it activated. Worked great! I purchased a Windows 11 Pro key and initially ran into an activation error (the key had already been used). I contacted their support team, and they responded very quickly and professionally. They provided a replacement key without any hassle, and the new key activated successfully.

Windows 11 Pro Purchase

I purchased Win 11 Pro from Nerdused and received the product code immediately after I paid. There was a problem though when I was activating Windows as it said the product code had already been used. I emailed support and within 10 minutes Michael from support had responded with a new code which worked. Great result!
