The NerUsed Team tutored me throughout…

The NerUsed Team tutored me throughout the installation of MS Office 2024 Professional Plus in a very professional manner, very patiently, until the software was successfully installed and it is running perfectly. I have been installing different versions of MS Windows and MS Office over the years and have been moving along various apps for my PC. Working with your Team over quite a few days, I finally sorted out the issues until the installation was through and successfully completed via Microsoft.

Reactivating Microsoft Office

I had a problem reactivating Microsoft Office. Microsoft wouldn't accept the existing key. That's why I contacted Nerdused for a solution. I received a quick response from Jay with a very detailed plan. I followed this plan and the problem was resolved in no time. Kudos to Jay for this quick response.

I had an issue with password to my account on office 365. I purchased it in March last year and since i bought a new PC, i fotgot my password! Issue registering my product

I had an issue registering my product. I contacted Michael through the on-line chat and he told me what to do to get the proper ID. I did that but it sent me spiraling into oblivion recovering one old password after another. I told Michael and he said he would fix it if I gave him the product code. A few minutes later, he provided me with the new ID. He went a bit above and beyond and I appreciated it.
