I ordered an Engineered Garments Jacket. It arrived defective (the neck strap was sewn on upside down and not closeable).
I was in no way satisfied with the response (slow) from the customer services team and manager.
After a prolonged period of a month trying to give the shop opportunities to fix the situation I have returned the item.
Nice clothes if they arrive in acceptable condition but pot luck and poor customer service if there is an issue.
