It progressed quickly and smoothly. The vehicles were clean, and we were very satisfied

Despite online order from the UK; on arrival there was no sign of anyone or car! I have to phone around to get some information. As a Turkish speaker I tried to resolve the issue. End up wasting four hours at the airport. Poor service, badly organised and lack of professionalism!

Started as I arrived at Istanbul Sabiha airport, at the gate there was supposed to be someone waiting with a sign to guide me to my car, there was no one. Checked outside, no one, so then I called the numbers and surprise, no answer. Proceeded to ask the airport staff and they guided me to a HDY Everyday kiosk inside the airport.
I thought this was very weird as in no mail or anything at this point did it say HDY Everyday, it always said EssenceCar. So then I got there and after 2 and a half hours (!) of waiting and running around, found out that the car still wasn't ready, it wasn't even at the airport! It was somewhere at a big carpark outside of the city being "cleaned" (spoiler, it was not cleaned). So to get there, two guys took me for a ride across the city and to the carpark where I finally got my car. Wasn't even the car I had ordered, but that was fine, I had my car now.
So then after my holiday had ended, I had to deliver the car back to them. Followed the instructions on the mail, and of course they weren't ready/there to help me deliver it. They were not at the meeting point, called the number, I had to go somewhere else, and surprise surprise no one was there as well. Called the numbers again, and now they didn't even answer me anymore. Then after an hour finally someone showed up and I could run to catch my flight. To everyone reading this, please do not under any circumstance rent here, the amount of stress made me sick

We used Essence from Dalaman Airport booked via Easyjet. Efficient pick up and drop off for the 5 minute drive to the depot. I could not recommend them more highly.Great little car great price, friendly people.

I couldn't find the rental office inside Sabiha airport, after more than 5 attempts to call for more than 20 minutes, I was told that it is located inside the airport under a different company name called HYD. None of that was written in the pickup information. After that, we waited for more than half an hour waiting for the car pickup employee in the parking lot who was not there, nor his friend, without any apology for the delay or professionalism.

Actually we arrived on time and made contact with the car rental agent
Waited not too long outside the airport agent picked us up and drove us to the site
He was very professional
Friendly and helpful
For first time experience he offered me the Internet dongle that was very useful and I paid for that quite happily
Away we went to put hotel only 10 minutes drive away.

The car was acceptable but mechanically problematic, it failed to start flat battery
I put 15 litres fuel in over 1000 lira and never used the car

Another agent came and replaced the car much worse than the first original car with fuel level on the red and that was riddled with problems tracking out damages tires dents every where was not presentable

Anyway these fiat eyes are rubbish cars not roadworthy no power no speed totally rubbish cars for family and dangerous
Best go direct to avis or hertz cleaner safer cars with good safe pick up speed when changing lanes going up hill that car struggles and the manual gears are very crunchy
I paid extra 35 euros for accident cover never needed it thanks

From july 11 when i returened the car in Istanbul Airport the deposit not back for me it's 10000 tl

This bad company, take my two time deposit, is fraud my 8000TL deposit, very bad .anybody will Be careful. Thank you.

Great car rental company, would definitely use again. Polite and very friendly guys, customer service was wonderful. The actual pick up and drop off process was easy, straightforward and hassle free. What's there not to like. 5 star company!

I can not give 0 star so I am forced to give 1 star. This "company" is absolutely dishonest, their price is apparent good but you do not have any guarantee to take the car you booked and paid. We had a bad experience with this "company". They are liars, false, dishonest. They damaged our vacation and we lost 2 days to report the problem to the police in Istanbul.
Avoid this false people and their apparent good price
