Reasonably good
Ordered card sleeves, correct sleeves arrived in good time. Didn't receive free postage even though final order value was over £20 so don't know what happened there. They may be calculating it as £20 before VAT, not after, but this isn't made clear on the website. Still, received hard to get sleeves at a price close to retail so I'm happy.
