Tricky company. They added a second painting, created second invoice to include the two. Bank statement even shows two separate changes. Filed complaint with my bank. Here’s the letter I sent to Neibac. They are refusing to refunding my money.
Dear Neibac,
I am writing regarding order NB47345.
As I informed you previously, I did not order the second painting listed on the later invoice. I requested a refund rather than a store credit, you did not reply.
Both shipments since they were together were not collected and are now being returned to you by ShippyPro Correios de Portugal.
For reference, the items were charged to my credit card as follows.
Two separate charges.
1. First painting order NB47345 total with taxes €75,92 28/02/2026
2. Second painting added afterwards, you updated on same order number €71,92 3,20€ 28/02/2026
Since the second item was unauthorized and the first item is being returned unopened, I request a full refund of both charges to my credit card once you receive the returned parcels.
Please confirm when the returns are received and the refunds have been processed. If I do not receive confirmation within 10 days, I will proceed with a dispute through my credit card issuer.

I’ve had many conversations with the company. They keep repeating the same thing over and over. Read the other reviews on them. They do not refund your money even if you never excepted the painting and didn’t order two paintings. I’m not going to communicate with them any longer. They make a lot of money off people issues.

Awful company. Ordered a canvas in May last year, turned up damaged, they wouldn't refund, agreed for another canvas to be delivered, it turned up also damaged in September. I have asked for a refund, they have refused & are still refusing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have never written a review before but this has been a bad company to deal with. Not sure how any of this is my fault. All I did was order a canvas, 2 eventually delivered both damaged. I think a refund would be acceptable but Neibac are not agreeing. Today, nearly a year later they are still pleading with me to just have a frame delivered so I can "fix" myself. The canvas is massive & I don't own tools to "fix"....unacceptable.

My experience is similar to the other negative reviews. I tried to cancel order before it shipped once i saw all the negative reviews but they said they couldnt even though they hadnt produced item. They told me it was being despatched the following day and over a week later it still wasnt despatched. Eventually despatched but after paying import duties still has not been received nearly 2 months later. Have received refund via credit card company for the item - but even then Neibac sent me 4 emails asking me to repay it! Now going through process of trying to get duties that ive paid back.

The delivery was quick and went smoothly. The painting arrived in good condition. The hand-painted details give it an "authentic" feel. I do not regret choosing this option at all!

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a 24x48” wall art with a gold frame from these guys. The art came without a gold frame and they also sent me an additional artwork I did not order. I contacted them and they responded once every 2-3 days. They refused to send a gold frame and they also refused to issue a refund. They actually said they would give me a $80 discount towards the next purchase, and they also said I could keep the additional painting for $100. Gee, thanks. How generous.
Oh and in case you’re wondering why I don’t just buy a gold frame on Amazon, because the size of the painting does not match the product description! It is actually 23.5”x47”. It is impossible to find a frame online unless I have one custom-made.

Thisnl company is full of waffle. They replied to both my reviews with lies.
They have not met my customer needs and havw not refunded the product which arrived damaged due to their courier service and extremly poor packaging.
Don not buy from this company exceptionally poor quality, goods not as described and the areived damaged.
They also lie about awaiting my response. Ive asked them to contact me this week. Last correspondance.from them was Friday. I await to hear from them so they are incorrect saying they are awaiting my response. Just telling complete lies.
If zero was a star thats what I would be giving this company. Product arrived damaged and not as advertised and they company are refusing to give me a refund which is a legal entitement.
Purchased item in November and case is still ongoing.
I would not recommend this company!

Avoid at all costs.....
Absolutely shocking customer service.
I messaged on WhatsApp PRIOR to placing order that they are framed in the same way as shown on their website.
Item arrived with a shockingly cheap looking frame, nothing like the images shown on the website.
Also paid for hand finishing which is literally a few splodges on the print that really wasn't worth the additional fee.
Customer service appalling - don't intentionally mislead people when you can't supply the products as shown on your website.
Instead of trying to find a solution after deliberately misleading me with the type of frame supplied they seem to try to have arguments on WhatsApp on a regular basis.
This is certainly not customer service to be proud of!
You emailed me today, 20th April to offer me 25% off my next purchase. TOTALLY ignoring the issues raised about not supplying products that match the images on your website despite being asked directly before placing order. I blocked you on WhatsApp after politely requesting (5 TIMES) that you refrain from contacting me unless you were willing to resolve issues. Somebody within your company seems determined to simply have an argument rather than rectify issues.
The picture is awful, looks incredibly cheap in the frame provided. Feel free to arrange for the item to be returned to you as it certainly won't be going on the wall.
Also - you fail to show during the order process the import tax that will also be due, an extra 44.00!

You have not previously emailed me to resolve the issues prior to today. Your email today was purely to offer me a 25% discount on another purchase. I blocked you on WhatsApp as you were not trying to resolve anything - stop misleading people on your website - advertise images of framed products you are actually able to produce. Or just a note to say framed product will not be as shown on website would be useful. And when asked directly say no!

I discovered Neibac on Instagram. I liked it. So I decided to order a painting. When it arrived, it couldn't have been more beautiful. More cheerful. So I decided to order another one. Just as beautiful and cheerful. I recommend you check out their website and give them a try. They are also super professional and charming.
Discard them completely. Disastrous quality of product, unacceptable reimbursement policy and zero customer service standards. I have lost almost 400 euros with Neibac. Nobody else should go through the same.

Same as the others…. Ordered after seeing on FB in Nov 2025, arrived in mid Jan 2026, print damaged in shipping (not their fault there was a hole right through the middle) but the quality is junk. Better stuff at Home Goods. They use a computer to laser print the jpeg file on canvas. The jpeg file path is right on the back of the print! They won’t allow me to return the junky prints and email me daily in broken English “why don’t you like it?” “They are really nice” “ we want you to be happy”. Well, process a refund and I’ll be thrilled. It’s March 26 and I’m still trying to get my $450 back. Terrible merchandise t. Amex should sever ties if they won’t help….

Not worth the price of this paintings! It’s a Temu style print but for 4x the cost. On top of that customer service was terrible, for days I couldn’t manage to send it back and get a refund. Furthermore you have to pay the return yourself which was 400€ .

Ordered an expensive framed print. Still have not received. Weeks of them going back and forward telling me my postcode is wrong which it is not. I then had a notification from the delivery company telling me they had my order but the company had provided the wrong postcode. I did not receive the item. I then received an email from Neibac saying they received the parcel back as I did not pay customs. I did not know I needed to pay customs and nobody has asked me to pay customs. I’ve now ordered elsewhere as I’ve been waiting weeks, I’ve asked for a refund and been told no. I am now having to take this down the legal route to receive my refund.
Avoid using this company at all costs. I’ll be sharing my story everywhere until I get a refund.

Worst customer service experience ever - sent me the wrong print initially, would only offer me a discount on second order, no apologies , very poor communication, downright rude. Ended in chargeback dispute after they kept fobbing me off. Once the chargeback was raised, they agreed to send me the right print, but then we had issues over them not being able to refund me the second lot of import charges as promised. Not clear on site about import charges for UK - not their fault, but be warned you have to pay another 25% on top to have it delivered. Transport packaging is flimsy, although the actual prints are lovely.

After the initial extremely poor service I left the review below. The company then contacted me and finally offered to send me a replacement. It arrived well packaged this time with no damage. Had it been packaged like this in the first place I would have been happy overall. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars as they were difficult to deal with but finally in the end they provided a resolution by sending a replacement (with the import tax paid) and I am now very pleased with the artwork.

I ordered a large-scale canvas/painting to be delivered to the UK, and it arrived in appalling condition. The packaging was battered and covered in tape; inside, the painting was protected by only a single thin layer of bubble wrap. No corner protectors, no heavy-duty cardboard—nothing.
The results were predictable:
• Frame: Significant impact damage on every single corner and damage in multiple places around the frame.
• Canvas: A large, visible scrape across the artwork itself.
• Quality: The canvas was unprofessionaly stapled to the frame.
Despite paying over £100 for the frame alone, the company refused a reasonable refund request for the damaged components after requesting for a mere £100 frame refund.
Their "solution" was a laughable €40 (£34.89) refund or the hassle of shipping a massive, damaged item back to them as my own expense for "repair." To add insult to injury, expect hidden import duties that are not disclosed on their website. I also paid extra for delivery insurance which the company ignored and will not honour.
I now plan to pursue a Section 75 claim via my credit card provider to get my money back.
Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere; their customer service is non-existent when things go wrong as shown by all these similar negative experiences.

Just today, after 3 months, we received our print. We are very dissatisfied and do not recommend it to anyone. The communication is poor, you write a letter by email or via WatsApp that we have not received the painting yet - they write back only after a 5 days or a week and this has been going on for two months. Then a week passes and they write again, asking how we can help, although we have already written five times that we have not received the goods that we paid for in November. And finally, regarding the quality - it is very poor, printed simply on the cheapest PVC material, stretched on the cheapest wooden frame, which bends. I do not recommend it.
