I paid almost £500 for a canvas, and the quality is extremely poor. I even paid extra for the “hand-painted” option to improve the finish, but the result still looks very badly done.
On top of that, I was charged import tax, which was not clearly mentioned on their website.
I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them. For this price, you’re far better off investing in genuine artwork.

If we are talking about the quality of the painting I would give a 4.5 ,I was really satisfied with that.What I didn't like was the extended delivery time but they are willing to improve that.Over all I would recommend their work.

I’m still waiting ! I e mailed 3 times and was told it was held up with the shippers ,sent a fake shipping order number for DPD,they were wonderful searching their records ,they had nothing for Neibac nor under my name and address .i know I will never see my picture or my money

Avoid this seller at all costs — this is a complete scam. The so-called ‘artwork’ is nothing more than a low-quality, mass-produced print you could get anywhere for a fraction of the price. The wooden frame arrived broken, showing a total lack of quality control. This is blatant misrepresentation and a complete waste of money.

Ordered several canvas. Delivery took much longer than expected. When arrived, one was with no frame. The offer to send the frame for me to install and bear the installations cost. Return is only possible bearing the shipping costs. Neibac took no ownership of the mistake and I had to take the hit. Weeks later a huge bill for taxes arrived based on cost and shipping (shipping is supposed to be free). The invoice they provided at customs is bigger than the one I paid. I wonder what is behind this. Talked to them on WhatsApp chat. They play the game of being helpful, but they do nothing. On top of that, one of the frames is twisting and making it uneven against the wall. A scam in every sense.

I ordered two pictures. The entire process was exemplary. I am very satisfied with the product and the entire procedure. The communication was also very friendly and professional. I can fully recommend this company.

Ordered a framed painting 150cm x75cm. It arrived in 2 weeks. Quality of print on canvas is very poor and blurred. Frame is badly cut wood which cheapest the picture. The staples on the print frame are not flush. Like many others note the product is very cheap looking. Contacted Neilbac and apparently as we selected a frame that means it was 'personalised' and they do not allow returns on personalised item. They also checked quality reports when we contacted them and said everything was good, however were unable to provide report when requested. Bring complaint to cross border consumer protection agency - would highly recommend shopping elsewhere

Avoid this company if you expect them to take responsibility for their own mistakes.
On 17 February 2026 I purchased a canvas print for €232.78 (Invoice #1687).
When the order arrived, the painting was not the one I ordered. I contacted the company immediately and sent photos. They confirmed that they had made the error.
Instead of correcting the mistake, they demanded (in multiple emails) that I pay an additional £100 for them to send the correct painting and refused to arrange collection of the incorrect one.
So their solution to their own mistake was simple: the customer pays more money.
After multiple emails attempting to resolve this reasonably, they still refused to take responsibility. I have now opened a credit card dispute to recover the payment.
Mistakes happen in business. What matters is how a company fixes them. In this case the responsibility was pushed entirely onto the customer.
I strongly recommend purchasing from a company that stands behind its products and customer service.

They did not tell me about import duties. DPD contacted me to say that before they would deliver, I would have to pay an extra £44 import duties. This was unexpected and I refused. So the item was returned to the seller, and then it was obvious that they are a bunch of scoundrels. No customer service; refused to refund me; many, many msgs implying that they would invalidate the import duties, etc, etc ! I would recommend that no-one ever deals with this seller. I now have to contact my credit card company to claim reimbursement.

The art is lovely and I paid for the extra 3d painting which I felt was worth it. It did take over 3 weeks to be delivered from payment but I live in the Channel Islands UK. The communication was good by email, I didn’t expect an answer same day as I had seen the reviews but I always had an answer within 2 to 3 days. Would use again, you just need to manage your expectations.
I bought for the third time a painting 50x70 in early November. I finally received a message that the package is on delivery mode in January. Ever since everything went so very wrong. Tried to reach out to them asking over and over again where is the painting and the messages received back were all NO WORRIES IT IS ON TRANFER FOR 2 months. Eventually and after me being super frustrated a got a response back sorry the painting got lost. We will print another one immediately and ship it to you. True. They actually did so but they shipped a painting 2x1m the first one ordered. In general not the first orders were received in good shape and with sort of delay I.e two months. But with this 3rd order oh dear this is nightmare. Their English is so poor that seems impossible that they can actually communicate in a manner for actually resolving the high volume I can imagine of orders received. Customer care is extremely poor. So if you wanna go for it take into consideration that if an error occurs might not be a way out of it.
Print was not the color that was advertised. “Canvas” was pink in color instead of neutral. Several emails where they tell me I’m responsible to return the item they sent that was incorrect/ not as advertised. Don’t buy from here. You’ll regret it. And selling framed prints with no hardware to hang the print. Also took months to receive with no response from inquiry.

Tricky company. They added a second painting, created second invoice to include the two. Bank statement even shows two separate changes. Filed complaint with my bank. Here’s the letter I sent to Neibac. They are refusing to refunding my money.
Dear Neibac,
I am writing regarding order NB47345.
As I informed you previously, I did not order the second painting listed on the later invoice. I requested a refund rather than a store credit, you did not reply.
Both shipments since they were together were not collected and are now being returned to you by ShippyPro Correios de Portugal.
For reference, the items were charged to my credit card as follows.
Two separate charges.
1. First painting order NB47345 total with taxes €75,92 28/02/2026
2. Second painting added afterwards, you updated on same order number €71,92 3,20€ 28/02/2026
Since the second item was unauthorized and the first item is being returned unopened, I request a full refund of both charges to my credit card once you receive the returned parcels.
Please confirm when the returns are received and the refunds have been processed. If I do not receive confirmation within 10 days, I will proceed with a dispute through my credit card issuer.
Please find below photo of the separate charges from my bank.

I’ve had many conversations with the company. They keep repeating the same thing over and over. Read the other reviews on them. They do not refund your money even if you never excepted the painting and didn’t order two paintings. I’m not going to communicate with them any longer. They make a lot of money off people issues.
