Really disappointed in this whole carry on especially having to leave reviews or else I will not be refunded!!! All round sad experience right from the start it was not what I was lead to believe!!!

I requested for a customer support…

I requested for a customer support regarding my concern about the account membership fees and I was assisted by Eugene. The whole duration of the transaction was very satisfactory and the issue raised was properly addressed. Thank you so much Eugene for the assistance.

Suite a un achat effectué à travers Facebook, voulant acheter un produit qui n'a rien a voir a ce que vend cette compagnie, on m’a débité 16,90€. Grâce à Ayla du service client une solution a été trouvé. Merci Ayla pour votre aide.
