The customer service-CASILLAS was great and promised assistance to get the case resolved

The were able to help me with the problem I was experiencing I didn't have to wait for days for them to respond I'm thankful and maybe one day when I learn more about then I'll work with them

My experience was good because they resolved my problem immediately when I called. They also answered my call right away, which is exactly what every customer needs.

I like the fact that they responded immediately what I don't like is for you to ask an immediate review for no positive results yet. Please process my refund first before I give an honest review.

All round sad experience right from the start it was not what I was lead to believe!!!

I made a mistake in not understanding what I was signed up for. This has led to much embarrassment as I omitted to skip the first "credits" withdrawal. Because of my age and confusion the nice people at "needtohike' are refunding me, so thank you to the Escalation team.

I saw an ad about Shein which led me to these people's website and clearly it ddnt make any sense to me. I quickly unsubsidized after being charged. I was sent an email saying unsubscription has been successful, only for me to be charged double a day after for Lord knows what!. Can l please get back my money that you charged me after l unsubscribed. You have to understand that some of us work so hard to earn the little money that we make and only for you people to scam us!!
