Due to some strange issues of system booking, the booking instead of 18-23 February (which I was booking) was transfered to dates of 18-23 March. Though I was double and even triple cheking all the details during the booking. That cost me 35% of fine for the booking to recall in amount approx. 500 euros. And I had to book another deal for the vacations with another company as Neckermann could not suggest any suitable alternatives instead.

The lady at the Mol office of Neckermann was very helpful and stayed during her lunch break to book our travel. Highly recommended.

I have never seen such a dedicated person.
I cannot thank her enough for working a difficult and bumpy very last minute and listened to my needs and concerns, even taking her time to reassure me.

We booked with Neckermann a trip to 5 star Laur hotel in Didim Turkey that apparently seemed to be organised by a deutch travelagent. The tripleader only spoke deutch, the hotel staff only spoke turkisch and deutch. No englisch. We didn’t understand them, they didn’t understand us. The hotel only provides typical turkisch meals of poor qaulity and every day the same things. The meals are not named, salades, prepared things, … People with food allergie have a problem here. There is limited fruits, vegetables or international known foods. The area is not toeristic. We didn’t have a proper meal or dessert in a whole week. Service is a 0. Although there is a lot of staff walking you by, if you want coffee in the morning you have to get it yourself. They clear your table but never ask if you want another coffee or drink. During lunch and dinner you get water, but they don’t ask if you want something else to drink… you get one cup for coffee in the room, while there is two of us. The minibar was not refilled for the whole week. Poor vacantion. Poor service. Lack of communication by Neckermann.

My experience was satisfactory, the Neckermann agent was cordial and explained everything to the latter . I came out satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to go back there next time.
