The first and mist traumatic traveling experience in my life
Normally, I was happy with this travel agency, last time I man from wijnegem helped me and my travel was ok in Malta, but this time in Barcelona. It was totally different. The travel agency didn't inform me about how far the hotel from the airport was (more than 3 hours )there was a lot of issues with my flight the and the travel agency never helped, also with my luggage the travel agency never helped, she always repeated the same phrase " the problem is only with you and the airline, I don't have anything to do " it was more the suffering that the enjoying, she knew the weather was really bad and eben with that she never informed me about anything!
I wonder: is this transphobia or racist ? Her name was Janna or Jenna and shana

I will not choose this company again
I will not choose this company again! The flight time was changed 3 times! The transfer was a pity, they came to pick us up 7 hours before the departure time! They picked us up from the hotel at 17:00, and the flight was at 12 at night! 27/07/-4/08/2023 Turkije (Alanya-Long beach resort end SPA)

Easy, but missing a map function
Everything was pretty easy. The only thing I really miss is a map like many hotel booking sites have.
