Healthy, Beautiful Plants!
We received healthy, beautiful plants. Some of the plants became unrooted from the plugs and were scattered throughout the plug tray, however this could be due to rough handling during shipping. The overall quality of the plants is fantastic and we are always excited to check out the new plants we have ordered. Aside from the condition some of the plants occasionally arrive in, we are satisfied with the quality of the plants!

Superb company
Customer service was very helpful. They had my order ready to go when I showed up for pick up. They accommodated with every question I had and even went above and beyond to help make the visit enjoyable. Definitely will be back for more

All the plants make it in great shape…
All the plants make it in great shape except for one tray. It was very in need of water. They were pretty dry. I watered them well and they're all doing great now. The tags I ordered I thought we're going to have the names of the plants on them. They were just a generic, red mum, orange mum and so on. I had to mark on every tag a number so I can keep them all separated.

Plants were well packed
Plants were well packed. Only lost 5 plants of nearly 600. It was 100 degrees when they were shipped and arrived healthy.

Dead on arrival
WE lost a total of 452 out of 800 some were missing, some had the dirt in the cell but no plant, then most arrived dead or burn up it look like.
Costumer service on the other hand was the best i have ever seen. I call to explain about my order, and they were very regretful and gave us the option to refill the order or a refund. Costumer service was great, we plan to use them again next spring,

We live a bit over 3 hours away, so we drive to pick up our order. When we got there, I was so incredibly pleased with how beautiful the plants were that I asked if we could buy more while we were there. Everyone was super helpful and made it happen! So so impressed and will definitely be back!

Gorgeous plug quality
I am so impressed with the professionalism of this company and the quality of their plugs. Everything has arrived in beautiful shape and obviously packaged with care. Both shipments had issues
I received two shipments of plugs from North Carolina Farms and both shipments. Either the last shipment was extremely damaged and two trays were completely dead and my first shipment half of my shipment was dead in the box was destroyed as with the second.

Great mums and good delivery time.
The plants arrived within 2 days and most of them looked great. The top 2 trays got beat up a bit. The plants were broken in the orange and white mum trays. However all of the plants below them arrived great! I love their mums. They usually grow beautiful and I have been getting them here for over 5 years now.

This is not your fault
This is not your fault, but in the shipping half of the plugs were jumbled together and some were broken off. The plugs came out of the holes and since there were several colors in the tray, we have now no idea which plugs are what color. Again, this was not your fault, it happened in shipping.

Health plants, poor shipment handling
Order shipped later than anticipated but customer service was kind and helpful. Shipping box arrived in good condition. The handler clearly had tipped the box upside-down. Half of the plugs in each tray were loose and piled on top of one and other. They survived but was disappointing to see they were not handled with care. Transplanted well, healthy and happy strawberry plugs!
