This is not your fault
This is not your fault, but in the shipping half of the plugs were jumbled together and some were broken off. The plugs came out of the holes and since there were several colors in the tray, we have now no idea which plugs are what color. Again, this was not your fault, it happened in shipping.

Good Plugs
Product arrived on time and in great shape. There were 2 empty cells in a tray and 3 cells with soil but no plant. Still all good.

Health plants, poor shipment handling
Order shipped later than anticipated but customer service was kind and helpful. Shipping box arrived in good condition. The handler clearly had tipped the box upside-down. Half of the plugs in each tray were loose and piled on top of one and other. They survived but was disappointing to see they were not handled with care. Transplanted well, healthy and happy strawberry plugs!

Vinca quality was poor
Vinca quality was poor. Ordered 250 , charged for 190 of which 40 were not useable. Of the 40 all were just starting to show signs of true leaves. Dahlias one third were crushed and broken. I called your office to discuss quality but the person who answered was only concerned with shipping issues . The shipping containers showed no signs of damage. Do not believe damage occurred during shipping.

We are sorry to hear that you feel like you were not heard when you were on the phone with our office. Yes, it sounds like the vinca was shipped too early and some of the plants were not up to size. That is definitely a quality issue. If the Dahlia were 1/3 crushed and broken, that was likely damage that occurred during shipping. Even if the box looks fine, it is possible that the carrier turned it upside down at some point and some were broken.
Either way, you did the right thing by calling and letting us know of the issues. We guarantee safe delivery of viable plants. So just like we will credit back any unusable vinca, we will also credit back any damaged Dahlia.
Since you have already called our office and started a claim on these, everything should already be in order to get you taken care of. If you have not already received your credit, please do not hesitate to reach back out to our office.

Impressive!!
Impressive system of order and delivery. I have placed three orders so far and all have arrived healthy and in good condition minus half a tray of begonias that were dislodged during shipping. My first order was only partially complete, about half of my order did not arrive, customer service was quick to respond and explain a glitch, and I was refunded for the missing plants.
