Not been in this store before but thought we'd give it a try as we were looking for a dining table. Becky was a really helpful & friendly salesperson and there was no pressure to buy. We decided to think about the purchase whilst sourcing some curly fries from a local supermarket, and then came back as we'd decided to go ahead. So we purchased an extending dining table and 2 chairs at a great price (much cheaper than we'd seen in other shops). Delivery was a quick turnaround although the 3 hour time slot wasn't met by the delivery people but we received a phone call to advise. Overall a really good experience. And the curly fries were great too...😂

Nice greeting on arrival from Becky. She gave us some tips and was on hand to guide us through our options. There was no pressure at all and we were able to browse at our leisure. This is a lovely store with great staff in particular Becky who took time to help us with our choices. Definitely recommend and Becky was so very helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the beds !

Absolutely awful, do not buy from here! I was pressurised to leave a positive review before I even left the Preston store when purchasing a sofa. Sofa was delivered damaged in January, sofa is still damaged and customer service is appalling! Sofa is poor quality and it’s a nightmare to get hold of anyone in customer services to arrange a replacement. Was told I would have a new cover fitted to resolve the damage, but instead damage was poorly sewn up and looks dreadful! Have been left months with no updates and still have a damaged sofa months later! Would not recommend, spent over £2000 on a sofa in January and 4 months on issue is still not rectified. NCF are dreadful, save your money and shop somewhere else!

Excellent service from Charles at preston went into the store 3 times before deciding on settee great advice and assistance visited other furniture stores and didn't like the pressure from assistants very off putting.... Charles recommended taking out the care plan and explained very valid reasons to take up the option which i did he is a very good sales person as I am also in sales and was impressed with his customer service also the time for delivery was excellent as other stores were 12 week plus for delivery

We just bought a sofa from NCF living at Preston and dealt with Charles, very nice man. We felt he had plenty of time for us and didnt pressure us into buying. We took some time to come to a decision on the colour and had a few visits into the shop, every time he remembered us upon our return, which made us feel valued. It felt a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Charles!

We looked at the mattresses and half decided on one when Becky came over and asked what we needed, she then went through the different types of mattresses and the firmness of each one. She gave us a choice in different budgets and left us to make the final decision.
Becky wasn’t pushy or annoying like some sales people can be. The transaction was concluded in a swift and professional manner
