We've been to every shop in the retail park in Uddingston and we ended up buying our sofas from Csilla, she was great, we had a good laugh, a nice coffee and we never felt harrased or pressured into anything

Very difficult to get to speak to anyone in customer services. We ordered a sofa in a linen shade they delivered a chocolate brown one. It took 3 days of constant ringing before we finally got to speak to someone. Then they said they have to get the paperwork authorised before they can give me a date to collect one sofa and deliver the correct one. It’s been a full week and still no date. After purchase service is disgraceful do not buy from this company

We fully paid our sofa on 24th Aug with delivery date within 7 days. Today is 11th sep and still no delivery.
They are scam - avid

Noel was a wonderful salesman in Rugby who showed us around some amazing sofas. He's very knowledgeable in each sofa and tells you everything you need to know. Really lovely chats with some good laughs. Appreciate all the help to get the perfect sofa before Christmas!!

Ordered our new sofa today, helped by Marina very knowledgeable made the purchase very easy .

Paid in full on 30/6/26 for a sofa. Estimated delivery 7-9 weeks.
9/9/26 sofa arrived in pouring rain. I asked for it to be delivered to the rear of the property when I purchased the sofa.
On the delivery day the team decided it was unsafe in the rain to bring the sofa into my property. My options where either have it left in my drive (in the rain) or they would reschedule. I opted for the latter option. That was 2 days ago. I have sent many emails and tried calling for days to get this sorted.
I received an email today from customer service, absolutely no customer service. No apology. Just requesting a further fee to redeliver my sofa but stated now will be left outside the property. I have paid a company to come and clean the decking to remove the surface, which was slippy in the rain. To be told I cannot have it delivered to my chosen room. The lack of genuine customer service is atrocious. I would not recommend ncf to anyone, or their designated deliver company furdeco!
