The experience in store was fine sales man Brendan almost begging us to leave a review so here is his review. I purchased a dining table and 4 chairs. On day of delivery they bring in the base then open the table top and it broken cracked down the length of the table. So they take it all away and say a someone will be in touch the chairs never left their delivery van. Here is where the fun starts we call numerous time no answer or they pick up and hang up without speaking so we email no response. Go back to the store speak to the so called manager who says can’t help I need to email customer service when I say they don’t answer he says he will email. I ask for a refund as by this time is been weeks with no contact from them and and this so called manager says he can’t issue refunds funny how they can take my money in store but not refund it.
So the wait continues for a response from customer service who finally do get in touch who say they have no idea when we will have items we have paid for delivered I request a refund they said no they do not issue refunds! So I then request a charge back via credit card this is the first and only repose I ever get to my many emails to say they will dispute my chargeback request.
This company are complete liars and now say I have kept the 4 chairs and the table base that I have refused delivery of the table top why I would want the base to the table and no actual table is beyond me. The chairs never left the van so not only have the kept my £1700 they are accusing me of In effect of stealing the chairs. They have forged my signature on delivery note that does not at all resemble my signature. What also confuses me if I was to accept the delivery I have apparently refused would there only be the table top and no base or chairs as the liars and thief’s say I have these items. This saga has now dragged on for months and I have no dining table and they have kept my money. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and they are now fabricating a story that I have kept items.how can this be legal I was a returning customer I have bought from them before but never again and would strongly warn people away from purchasing goods from them as if they fail to deliver them the make up total lies and refuse to give refunds! I made this purchase in March and still
have no idea how long this saga will continue.
I am recovering from cancer and needed a more comfortable place to sit for meals and due to this awful company I am unable to go elsewhere as they will not return my money and dealing with stress caused by this company is seriously detrimental to my health

Dealt with Hugh in Paisley. He was great and very attentive. Wouldn’t trust anywhere else for sofas or beds. Ordered both here and never had an issue. Brought my mum here this week to buy her new sofa

Ottoman Bed – Gas Piston Failure After 8 Months
I bought an ottoman bed from NCF Furniture and experienced a gas piston failure within 4 months, which made the storage function unusable and unsafe to operate.
The bed was assembled by NCF’s own contractor, however I was told the issue relates to “fixtures/fittings” and that it falls under customer maintenance responsibility.
I don’t agree with this given the type of failure and how soon it occurred after purchase.
I’m now pursuing an independent inspection to determine whether this is a defective part or an installation issue.
Overall, I’m disappointed with the handling of the issue and the lack of a clear resolution, the time and effort required to chase them to reply to my query to be told the issue is mine...
Definately wouldn't recommend.

Lovely bright and clean store. No pushy salesmen felt at ease being able to walk about and have a look at sofas. Brendan in the paisley store was on hand to help us with any questions we had and helped us make our purchase. Lovely guy. Lots of choice and reasonable prices.
