Spectacular service

Great experience buying furniture from Jack in the Thurrock store. Very patient and learnt our needs and gave great recommendations!

Mr Brian at highgate NFC living had been excellent…

Mr Brian at highgate had been excellent with his services, Gave us plenty of time as per our requirements to decide, Also He explained everything in simple and polite manner which helped alot.
Excellent customer service, polite respectful and most importantly helpful.

Came in for a look, left with a sofa

William in Paisley spent a lot of time with us going through the different sofas and the options available to us and we did have a look at the other sofa shops in the area, as was the plan, but ended up going back to ncf to purchase the sofa, where Chelsea answered our final questions and filled in the paper work.
Feeling very positive about the experience, hopefully everything else goes just as smoothly now
