They kept my money, refused to return it, although I asked several times and sent the item back. They tell me I asked for a gift card, but I KNOW I did not. I had to call a month after I returned the item. When I asked where my refund was, they told me I asked for a gift card. 15 minutes later they emailed me a gift card #. Scammers.

I will never use nbastore again, ordered a full update for my wardrobe at $350 when i was ready to pay via Paypal...boom order Canceled without any reasons...Never again, I better order from China.

The shipping on the website sucks and had to cancel my order because it was going to take to long 😡😡😡

I ordered a Zion Williamson jersey from their store and got charged 3$ extra than expected. This total was 83.86$ usd and I got charged 120.49$ cad which is 86.26$ usd. I canceled the order for the discrepancy. They refunded me 114.05$cad for a 120.49$cad charge to my card. I live chatted about the second discrepancy and they said that taxes are non refundable which makes no sense on a purchase canceled within the hour. Basically I am paying 6$ for air. I then called customer service and asked about the discrepancy. They stated that it was due to a coupon and would not refund me the amount they charged ME? They were also unable to specify rate of exchange they were using, they gave a 30% discount code that did not work on the item. Therefore I am scammed 6$ for terrible customer service and a purchase not shipped.

I ordered my son a jersey for his bday and it says it was delivered but it wasn’t delivered! I never received it! I contacted customer service & they want me to wait until November 5th for a refund ! So I had to spend more money to make my son happy for his bday & have to wait until November for a refund because NBA store says it can magically appear even though it’s said delivered for two days! I’m so mad ! So we shall see if I get a refund !

Ordered a Steph Curry Kids Jersey for gift. Website says the items Ships within 8 Days of Ordering. It's been 15 Days since ordering and just received notice it will not be shipping due to Delays. The nbastore.com is Engaged in False Advertising. Along with Not shipping the item, you will also Not Receive the 25% Off because there are Items that are not included in the Promotion and the Steph Curry Jersey Kids is one of those Items Not Included for 25% Off Promotion. My experience with NBASTORE.COM has been horrible and now waiting for delay jersey to ship and Receive so that I can give this gift to young child who is going to be terribly disappointed. I will Never use this site again for purchase.

Ordered an in stock jersey on August 16th for my sons bday on August 26. I was provided the tracking on September 1st. That should tell you all you need to know about ordering on this website. Who knows when I’ll get the jersey.

I bought 2 shirts from the NBA 2024 finales. Y’all ought to be ashamed of yourself charging 30and 40 dollars for these shirts. I washed these shirts and the color was dull and it shrunk. Not cool at all and I will not purchase not an another thing. This is a rip off do not buy from this store not worth the money are time spent

Logos on the clothing got washed out pretty quick eventhough I have been very careful. Quality could be better.

I thought my purchase was coming from an Australian store as the web address was Australian.
Delivery was advertised as between 6 - 12 days.
After 14 days I decided to check what was happening through the tracking number.
I was so upset to see that my order was coming from London, not Australia.
Now my grandson won't receive his birthday present on time.
This company is not transparent, and I will never again purchase from any store saying they are NBA.

NBA STORE (eu) (au) poor quality regional cousin.
Letters peeling off the "custom made" jersey, even though I just ordered a Curry jersey.
Letters were a different yellow to the jersey.
All they say is any fault should be reported within 45 days.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.

Incredibly poor customer service.
I put an order in on 30/05, and as of today (27/12) not only have I not received the merchandise but also no news whatsover on the status.
I have written to ask to cancel the order and received no answer.
I don't know how such a respectful organisation as the NBA can work with such people, this is a scam.

I ordered an item from their site and it came quickly. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit by the carrier, but I called and spoke to Cristin… let me tell you how Cristin rocks! She went above and beyond! She immediately sent me a new one without me sending the damaged one back! Wow! I’ve never experienced that! Kudos to Cristin! I will definitely be back to buy from NBA.com

I ordered a Christmas gift on 11/20/23 and was told it would be arriving on 12/14/23. The 14th came and nothing arrived. I then reached out on 12/15/23 and was told that the item is out of stock which was news to me since at no point it was communicated to me that it wouldn’t arrive and they had no information on when it would be expected to arrive. So I am extremely disappointed and plan to never purchase something through their store again.

This website logistics is HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time with ordering anything from here. They will not deliver your order and will not give any details regarding the status of your order. The customer support does nothing regarding creating a resolution. Roadie is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Nba Store using unreliable logistics company is alarming. I still have not had any refund or resolution to receive my order.

Only robot response, after three days of trying with a robot I got a “fan person” to be told you need to wait another three days. Call them in the UK or send an email. They say our item was delivered, I have no item and no refund.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend spending your money here, worst customer service ever. 😡

Took my money and never got my $140 jersey! Nobody to talk to. No response to emails. Phone line in the UK is a robot! Absolutely 100% worst ‘shopping’ experience of my life! Scammers!!!
