I clarified that I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the shirt size I ordered, and they never responded back and the chat timed out after 15 minutes
NBA store doesn’t care if your deliveries are lost
I had a very bad experience with the NBA store. I ordered the New York Knicks NBA champions, special edition shirt. I ordered ahead of time cause I knew they were gonna get sold out then once it got delivered it wasn’t there. I talked to someone. They said wait until three days and today is day three nothing now I spoke to another person saying they can’t do anything. They can’t refund me anything they can’t send me a new one and when I talk to the first person, they said they would do that. This company is liars and they don’t care about you everyone and all the fans should get to get together and never get anything from the store. 
Incompetence, Poor Service
This will be my 5th and final review. On my 4th review I gave fanatics a 4 star but I’m taking it down and giving it a final review. I came to terms that any store under the fanatics umbrella have poor service all around. Delayed orders, can get orders out that’s in stock or warehouse issues. I’m just fed up with the poor excuses and bad experiences I’ve been having. Just save your money and stop buying from fanatics.
NBA store experience
I went to the store today June 13 in NYC on 5th Ave to purchase a t-shirt. The price on was $32, got to the register and was charged $35. When I asked the cashier why was I charged $35, her response, “you see the black mark on the ticket, this means the price increased”. My response was, aren’t you supposed to honor the price on the ticket..she said no and gave me a crazy look like move on. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Something about this sounds fishy.
Terrible unreliable service
I placed an order for a shirt 5/24/26 that was supposed to ship on or by 6/8/26 and arrive by 6/11/26. I checked the status 6/10/26 and it was still "processing." I reached out to customer service and they said they would not be able to help me until 6/11/26. I check the status today and my order was canceled!! Apparently the item is out of stock, but my order went through without almost 3 weeks ago without an issue. Why did this not happen until my order was supposed to arrive? Customer service was less than helpful. Very disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone!
SHAMEFUL PACKAGING CAUSING CAP DAMAGE
Packaging for my new cap consisted of a thin box with nothing inside to protect the cap - no bubble wrap or even butchers paper. Box came squashed, partially open, and my new cap was half crushed.
As someone who posts a lot of orders , I would never package something with such disregard for the item. It's as if a child or a new ebay seller posting there first ever order packaged it. Unacceptable, lazy, and shameful. Probably the worst packaging I've ever received an item in.
Worst service... Refuse to investigate and have lied extensively!
I made a purchase that they refused to do any inquiries until the last date of the 2.5 week window... They discovered it was lost... They then promised me an extradited courier service that was just to get me off the phone... It was a LIE! And the replacement order is now also lost... I spent 1.5 hours on the phone for the rep to argue, pretend to get a manager 7 times... Promised one would contact me back... Another LIE! This has to be the most inept company I've ever seen! Unbelievable!!

Unacceptable shipping delays
I ordered a jersey for my son's birthday on March 17 with expected delivery by 3/24. Ups never got any updates on shipping other than the label had been created. I initiated a chat on 3/27 and was told that I had to wait until 3/29 to file for a replacement. On 3/29 I initiated another chat and filed for replacement and was assured that the replacement jersey would be shipped overnight. Here I am on March 31 and UPS says the package will be delivered on 4/1. They lied to me and I still have no jersy

It's been almost 2 MONTHS ago for submitting an order, and the process has NOT MOVED AT ALL. Very frustrating and unacceptable. I don't want to cancel so NBA Fanatics just gets by with crappy timing and service.

Ordered over a month before Christmas. Said 5 to 7 days..then changed to a month and here we are almost 2 months later still wait for it to ship!
I ordered a Golden State Warriors…
I ordered a Golden State Warriors hoodie and a Golden State Warriors t-shirt. The order was listed as delivered and I will send an email saying such. But I never received the order. I called the number which isn't listed by the way, you have to do a deep search to find it, and they told me they would send out a replacement package. Well they only sent out the replacement package for the t-shirt and when it said delivered, surprise surprise, it wasn't there again. I called for a refund and was given the runaround for a good two days. I would never recommend this website to anyone. They're almost scam artist!
Not worth the hassle
Ordered 2 items on December 16th. One came in about 4 days. The other item was to be delivered on Dec 30, then January 2, then January 7 and now the 12th. The customer service/Ai is a joke. You have to answer 10 questions before you can chat with someone. And finally the sizing charts are based on. 100 pound teenager. Their large men’s would not fit past my arms and I’m about 170.

I ordered an OKC Champions tee for my son. It was advised it wouldnt arrive before christmas so I was suprised when it arrived before Christmas. The quailty was terrible I ordered a mens small it didn't even match up to the measurements provided on their webiste. To get a refund I have to pay $18 when this tshirt doesn't meet the expectations as per advertised. I hope this review stops others from ordering from this site
Don't believe them!
I ordered a jersey from the website that said "Order Today, Get it Before XMAS + Up to 60% Off.
Use code BUCKETS." I did that. Then got a notice late in the day saying that it would arrive between Jan. 16 - 23. By then my son will have come and gone and no Xmas present. When I got in touch with customer service they seemed unconcerned and said it's cause it's coming from a "different warehouse". Wouldn't budge. Will take NO responsibility for the false advertising. Don't use this site!!!!
Nba grinch that stole christmas
Going forward I will never place an order with the NBA Store or Fanatics. Its not worth the hassle. Parcels just dont arrive. I ordered a gift in November that seems to be lost somewhere. We are 7 days away from Christmas. I see that I am not the only customer who this has happened to. Looks like a fair amount of dissatisfied reviews and lots of disappointment on Christmas morning. Thanks a lot Grinch, I mean NBA Store.

If I could rate it a zero I would I tried using a promo to get a major discount on an item and it was removed the moment I made the purchase. I contacted support they refuse to help say I can return it if I want. It was about $100 off with the discount majorly peeved especially when I made the purchase with the deal price applied already and I entered it in when prompted before purchasing.
I purchased a jacket for my husband…
I purchased a jacket for my husband birthday in July, and it wasn’t cheap. When the time came to wear it, he only used it once because the logo came off. I asked for help from customer service but I was denied because it had passed 5 months from the purchase. I will never but anything again from here and not recommend to anyone, the quality is very bad and is cheap made but they asking for lots of money. Dollar store has better quality products than this.
