Fantastic experience. Me and my daughter went to buy our first ever horse riding helmet today and the young woman (I think her name Abbi? who served us was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend

Amazing approachable and helpful staff! I was served by Jayne and she helped me get fitted for both a body protector and a new hat. Excellent advice given and really made my shopping experience special. Definitely will be back to get more things for Christmas!

New hat
I came with my parents to get a new hat and we had to make sure it wad the right fit and the staff member who helped us, Jayne, was very helpful. I didn't feel judged for not knowing the requirements of a riding helmet and she was friendly.

Nantwich isn’t my closest tack shop but it’s well worth the extra drive.
All of the staff are welcoming and will offer to help before you need to ask.
What sets Naylors apart from other tack shops in the area is how well laid out and neat everything is.
All of the above makes for a lovely shopping experience every time I visit.
