After being passed around the “healthcare” system, waiting months for appointments only to receive no answers or reasons, Nava had my appointments scheduled within a couple weeks. Every appointment and process this far has been super smooth and efficient. This is a great combination of functional health and western medicine, which I greatly appreciate. Jennifer S is so knowledgeable and helpful. I feel very grateful having found this practice.

Helping me understand my body by running the appropriate tests to determine what is stopping me from achieving my desired results has been game changing for me. I have learned a lot through sessions with doc and nutritionist. I am slowly feeling a lot less tired and closer to my goal weight!

The ease of online appointments is so convenient! I love the meetings to help me stay on track and stay accountable!
