Astonishing customer service when there…
Astonishing customer service when there was a small quality issue in a batch. Never occurred since then. We and our child love the nappies since 1,5 years.

Very good experience
The products are good made, with eco frendly materials and they not irritate the skin of my baby. Nappies hold up well.

Great products just need it quicker!
Great products, we love the feel of the nappy and the quality of the nappy bags.
We have started a subscription so keen to see how it grows with the baby.
The downside was the postage, it took over a week and the packaging was damaged but only slightly. This didn't affect the inside of the box.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Exactly as ordered. We still got some if the old batch.
Sadly the new version of Eco by Naty nappies don't work for us anymore. They leak very easily, we can't use them for the night anymore at all as our baby is wet latest at midnight and also during the day we've had a few accidents already if we don't change them every two hours.
Also different sizes don't make a difference.

Delivery time is too long
Cannot tell about the product so far, I’ve ordered on 24.10. That’s 7 days now and the order is not even out of delivery. I will add later how the product performs, but delivery time way too long. Getting concerned about the subscription if they can make it in time.

Great products
Great products! I have been buying Diapers and Unscented Wipes, really happy with the quality. Diapers never failed, no leakage, soft to skin, no rashes. Nappies are fit for purpose. What I like the most about this product is its eco credentials. My choice to use Eco by Naty nappies was made with my baby’s wellbeing in mind. Price is comparable to other brands if purchased in bulk.
