Sadly the same story as many others here. Placed order, early January 26. Was advised of delay with an apology, shipping promised by end of January. 9th Feb still not dispatched and advised another 10 working days. Cancelled the order and was advised 10 working days to process the refund. 14 working days later and Naturewall still have my money for something they couldn't supply in a reasonable timescale. Sent my last message chasing my refund 3 days ago and haven't had a reply. Extremely poor show all round. Will claim on my credit card to get my money back.

Absolutely no complaints from me ... I have used Naturewall for three rooms in my house, the quality of the product is excellent as is the price, and the customer service is great. I highly recommend the product from Naturewall over the 'everyday' hardware store. You can really tell the difference.

I ordered a set of acoustic panels with a delivery date in January. No updates until I started chasing - every time "it'll be ready soon", "you're on the urgent list, we had problems in the factory", etc then, eventually (after I'd rescheduled my builder's time to fit the panels 3 times), I chased yet again to be told "we've oversold the product you ordered - it should be available in March" (but, of course, no reason to believe that date any more than any of the other dates they provided), so I've cancelled the order - I'm hoping the refund is processed soon - although no sign of it yet.
Ordered oak panels on 18th January and was advised at the time of an estimated delivery by 23rd.
That date came and went but they weren’t dispatched so I contacted them. They then advised there would be a delay and they can’t send out for another 10 working days.
I asked to cancel the order as it would arrive too late and they advised that they had cancelled and would refund within 10 working days.
Over 3 weeks later and still no refund.
Poor communication and unreliable customer service.
This process has been frustrating from start to finish (except the process hasn’t finished because the product STILL has not arrived).
I ordered the product on 22 Jan 2026 for a 3 Feb 2026 delivery date. It is now 17 Feb 2026 and I still have not received the panels. The delay in itself has been hugely frustrating as the panels were ordered for a project that was due to start weeks ago.
Not only this but I am now house bound waiting for a parcel to turn up for the last 6 days to no avail.
I was told the parcel was arriving on Wednesday 11 February. The parcel did not show up and then failed to show up on Thursday 12 February and Friday 13 February. It was finally due to be delivered on Saturday 14 February. By this point, I had already rearranged three days worth of plans/logistics to ensure someone was home for the delivery. I had plans on the Saturday so I rearranged for the Monday. On Monday, after waiting in all day, I received a notification that Royal Mail had attempted delivery and no one was in. This was categorically not true, as I had waited in all day. I also checked my doorbell footage and no surprise, no one ever walked down our drive, let alone rang the bell. I was then notified that the parcel would be delivered today. I have AGAIN rearranged everything to ensure I am home. I have received no further notifications and the tracker says nothing more than that delivery will be attempted again today.
I have no time or patience left to wait in on the off chance that my delivery arrives, at this point 14 days later than originally promised (although it hasn’t arrived so who knows how many days it will REALLY be).
Untrusted. We ordered panel on 1st Feb (Sunday), the very same day noticed that we don't need it more, so we messaged them to cancel order. On 2nd Feb (Monday) my partner call them and they did confirm cancellation, send him an email with confirmation cancellation and that's it. Today is 15th Feb, they didn't answer any phones from us. And we didn't get refund, still.
This is a horrible customer service. How long do you process the refund? I wouldn't place any more orders just to avoid all this hussle later on. Not recommended.

Honestly wish I had never ordered from Naturewall. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
First of all, the delivery took over three weeks, which is completely unacceptable. I was given vague timeframes and empty promises, and no one seemed able to give me a straight answer about where my order actually was.
When the panels finally arrived, the problems only got worse. Several of the panels were damaged, with visible cracks, dents, and chipped edges. The packaging was clearly inadequate, and it looked like the items had been handled carelessly. To make matters even more frustrating, four panels were completely missing from the delivery. How does that even happen?
Trying to resolve this with customer service was a nightmare. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and incredibly unhelpful. Emails went unanswered for days, and when I did get a reply, it felt like they hadn’t even read my message properly. I had to repeat myself multiple times and chase them constantly just to get basic updates.
Overall, this experience was stressful, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Naturewall to think twice. Poor delivery times, damaged products, missing items, and awful communication, absolutely not worth the hassle.
Ordered 7 boxes of light oak panelling what arrived was a mixture of light oak & walnut. Can't get hold of the comapny to sort.. emailed & called no reply or response so stuck with items i didn't order and had to pay carpenter for time he booked to do the work.. AVOID AVOID AVOID that is the best advice i can give..
If i could leave a minus star I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So…this is part 2 of a 2 part review. This second part, I honestly did not think I would be leaving when I wrote my initial review.
On my first review I wanted to leave 0 stars, I had received the worst customer experience I had ever received from a company. That experience cannot be changed, but credit where credit is due - Naturewall have been in touch with me off the back of my previous review and managed to change things around.
One of the managers called me (who shall remain nameless so that she doesn’t get a million calls asking for her!) from her personal mobile number and profusely apologised for the experience I had received.
At the time of the call, I was actually on the internet ordering slatwall from another company and was literally about 3 seconds away from pressing my pay with Apple Pay button to confirm the order.
The manager was very sincere and apologetic and said she really would like the opportunity to make the situation right.
I don’t wish to disclose what was offered - I will leave that up Naturewall as I don’t want people contacting them demanding the same treatment, however what I will say is that I was made an offer that I would have been silly to have dug my heels in and refused!
I accepted her offer and the slatwall panels were delivered to my home within 5 hours of the call and within 24 hours of leaving the initial review.
What happened between the 7th of December and the 12th of February was not acceptable and was inexcusable from a customer point of view.
But, fair play to the manager I spoke to yesterday for resolving the issue.
Both reviews still stand in my opinion, the initial review still very much deserves the 1 star rating, but to the manager (and to Maisie who called to arrange delivery yesterday), well they certainly deserve the 5 stars for how it’s was handled and resolved!
I hope the company can learn from this moving forward.

Worst company I have dealt with.
I waited over a month for panels that were listed as 'in stock' on the website. I was promised 3 different delivery dates but each date passed with no delivery. In the end I asked to cancel my order and was told a refund takes 10 working days.
It's over 10 working days and I haven't received my refund.
Phone lines aren't accepting calls, email responses take days and there is no management to speak to when you eventually reach someone.

EDIT: These scammers promised a refund within 10 working days on 13th February, which means I should have received a refund by 27th Feb. Guess what? Still no refund even though we have waited another full week past this date. I believe it's gone under and they are just scamming people at this point..DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I placed my order two weeks ago and no delivery yet, it's holding up my bathroom install. Tried calling and they are apparently experiencing a high level of calls so can't answer. That's very unlikely on a Thursday afternoon. Looking at reviews, they constantly do this, so it's clearly a load of excuses. I suspect the company is going under, why else would there be a severe lack of goods and communication like this?
Naturewall, can you please explain why you don't answer the phone? I tried your other company number which was suggested a few days ago (lock and key creations) and that doesn't even ring now, so it's clearly been cut off. Don't fob us all off with sorry for this and that, explain yourselves please.
There are tradespeople and people without bathrooms that are getting messed around here, a load of wasted time and money which you aren't accounting for. You shouldn't be accepting orders if you can't fulfill them. It's disgraceful. My advice for anyone is to order elsewhere if you need things in a reasonable time frame.. I'm not alone in this, there are loads of people in the same situation, are the recent reviews!
PLEASE EXPLAIN YOURSELF NATUREWALL, DON'T COME BACK WITH A SORRY. JUST EXPLAIN WHAT THE HOLD-UP IS AND DELIVER THE GOODS THAT PEOPLE PAY FOR. EDIT: Yeah yeah so that isn't the service you aim for etc, same standard reply to everyone instead of explaining yourself and fixing the issues. Supplier issues? You should stop taking people's money if you can't deliver the goods then. Secondly, do these 'supplier issues' stop you answering the phone??? Mate I ordered my items over two weeks ago, where are you shipping them from? China??? Everyone has these issues with you, not just me, so some more explanations needed I think!

Order was originally due to be delivered on 28 January but didn’t arrive until 4 February with little communication. When the panels did arrive, the delivery drivers wouldn’t allow me to open the 12 packs to check they were all ok. They were rammed into my garage and they left very quickly. Four of the panels were snapped in half and now my plumber and joiner can’t continue with their work. I am potentially going to have no bathroom for over 3 months. I have tried calling Naturewall over 120 times between 10.01-12.00, but the message says their phone lines are all busy. I have emailed and messaged on social media. They had time to remove my comments asking for a response. But they don’t have time to call me back or pick up the phone. Based on this experience I would advise never ordering from here.

My order was delivered with severe water damage to the packaging at the base of every box. Some boxes were so drenched that the cardboard had disintegrated, and there is visible damage to the panels.
I reported this immediately to Furdeco, the delivery company. Photos were taken at delivery and emailed to Naturewall, and I have also sent my own follow-up email.
Since delivery, I have tried to contact Naturewall by phone over 15 times in the last 24 hours, with no answer, and I have received no response to my emails.
I understand that issues can happen, but it is how they are handled that reflects a company’s professionalism. With trades booked for Saturday to fit these panels, I am now left in an impossible position, unsure whether I can use damaged materials.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication. At present, I cannot recommend this company unless this situation is resolved urgently.
Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or solution.

🛑✋ dont waste your money with this company like i did please.
Pannels took over 7 weeks to arrive to my home.
Pannels are the worst quality i paid over £220 for 3 pannels that are printed onto cheap white panels.
Company’s phone number 01482833479 dont ring there other number 0808 501 5592 just says there busy with calls morning till night.
When you email this company they ask you for your BHD number witch is on no emial or paperwork without this number they carnt take back any return items. You only have 30 days to return items but they only reply to emials every 3-4 days.

We can’t get through having tried multiple times by phone and email. Needing their delivery this week but no response whatsoever. Terrible.
UPDATE
Someone finally got in touch via email. The product I had ordered was out of stock but no one had informed me of this. I am now trying to get a delivery date confirmed but again no response for the last two days and the voice message on the phone is still claiming “high call volumes”. The delay is causing the completion of my kitchen renovation to be delayed which is extremely frustrating.

Missed stated delivery date and then another date given to us by email. Unable to get through on the phone and email responses taking days. Have emailed to cancel my order and placed one with another company.
Have used Naturewall previously and there delivery was slow then, but nowhere near this bad.
Panels are holding up taking delivery of a sofa so needed urgently.

Placed an order on 31st Jan and received an email on the 3rd feb to say they had our order and we would be updated on the status of this order. Still waiting for it to be delivered and no further information has been sent regarding our order. There is no links on this email to check the status of the order so we are just stuck waiting around for it. Absolutely shocking as it’s the only thing left to do in order to complete our son’s room.
