Absolutely loved the product ordered the waterproof panels for the bathroom turned out amazing even had the carpenter to box around the bath with the same panels it looks fabulous ordered more packs for my next project loved them so much

We had a very good experience with Naturewall; we have been advised accordingly to our needs and our request to dela delivery (due o our holiday) was taken on board. We have been also well informed regarding the delivery times and tracking. Emily for Custome Care was very helpful and responding to our queries.

I have had some wet walling on order since 5th March. After numerous emails and telephone calls I still don’t have a delivery date. I was told a week ago I would hear from their delivery partner within 24 hours . Still no contact. The last correspondence I had was on Wednesday when I was promised an update by 5pm. Still haven’t heard anything. Every time I try to call I get an automated message informing when there opening hours are and directing me to email. Each time I have called during their office hours. I have also tried emailing yet again but haven’t had a reply. I am now beginning to think this company must be a scam and will get in touch with my credit card company. Their adverts are everywhere but unfortunately their customer service is terrible.

I placed my order on 6th April for panels advertised as “in stock” with delivery promised for 10–14 April. It’s now 16th April, the order is still stuck at “being prepared”, and the replies I’m receiving are generic and uninformative.
I’ve been absolutely clear that I will not spend weeks chasing updates. If you cannot meet the delivery promise, cancel the order immediately so I can move on to another supplier, such as Panels By Sofia.
Using fast‑delivery claims to attract customers and then failing to deliver is dishonest. The fact that so many negative reviews describe the same pattern suggests this is systematic, and crosses the line into fraud. If you cannot meet the commitments you advertise, you should not make them. It damages trust and your business.

I ordered my panels weeks ago. Immediately cancelled as I had an emergency and had to go into hospital, I requested a refund. got a reply back the this would be in my bank by 15/04. very good customer service, The date came for me to chase After not receiving my refund of 650.00!!.. I have now sent a number of Emails with no response. The number I have says they are only taking calls W/C 13/04 from 10am - 12pm. I have been calling the number and no answer every day three or four time.

I placed an order and didnt receive any delivery notification for the timeframe given on the website. I had to chase them which took ages to get through on the phone as no one picks up.
I was then told my order will be sent on 1st April, I told the person on the phone this is no good as I am away and no one will be able to take delivery, she confirmed a delivery date when I was back and sent me an email confirming this. My delivery was 'apparantly' delivered whilst I was away, tracking is of a property not my house.
I have now emailed twice requesting a full refund, surprise surprise I have had no reply so I will have to get my money back via my credit card.
Do NOT use this company, plenty of other places do wood panels, use them instead

Took over a week to process our order. Took our money for this large order a week ago. Can’t get hold of them since. Massive project with big client waiting for 32 panels!

Placed an order for a very prestigious commercial fit-out, told Naturewall the absolute deadline for delivery and am now at that deadline with no product. I wish I'd read and heeded the reviews about awful service and long lead times before I placed the order. E-mails and phone calls are unanswered, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Ordered walnut panels August last year, Project got delayed & needed one more panel of the same type to finish project.
Was sent something of a completely different colour/ shade which didn’t match original panels although advertised as same product.
Customer service slow & really couldn’t care less.
They claim it’s on the website that you should check and order more samples after September 2025, when really they told us after we bought a new panel that they’d changed supplier… an obvious reason why products will not now match… but they hold this information back from the public.
should you have to pay for more samples after you’ve paid for samples of the same product in the first place ? Samples are more than 5% cost of a whole panel bearing in mind!
Offered no help to try match a new panel to the others they sold us, only for us to package up new panel & post back to them for a refund. Should have refunded us regardless….
Wish we hadn’t of used this pathetic useless , lying company.
Dont bother , just use someone else…

This is now my SECOND Naturewall review on Trust Pilot. Unfortunately, I've had no choice but to rate Naturewall from 2 stars to 1 star. My first review (submitted on 17th March) was replied to by Naturewall saying my case had been "resolved". And trust me, this is so far from the truth!
I was contacted by Naturewall 8 days ago to say my panel is now in stock and will be sent out as a matter of urgency and high priority. I am yet to receive any of it! I contacted them two days ago chasing this up, but nothing.
This is the last panel required to finish my bathroom installation that has been ongoing since November last year. Because of the significant delays with Naturewall, not only have I had to constantly go back and forth to tradesman with different dates, making me look like the unreliable one, but I've had no working shower either!
Naturewall, I feel really let down and angry about all of this. I was promised my delivery between 3rd and 6th April... where is it?!

a really bad experience, avoid.
Took order, delayed shipping twice (beyond the initial stated delay) whole process over two months.
Then agreed to refund within 10 (TEN) working days, didn't do that, we then had to chase them and were told 2-5 working days.

Shocking, 1st order with Naturewall was delayed by a month and a half, then found out that I needed more panels so I very begrudgingly had to do something I thought I never would have to do again, that is ordering from them again.
Ordered in Feb, delayed to March, delayed to April and now nothing.
Save the generic trustpilot apology that the customer service team could probably recite as you seem to be using it so often and maybe start working on getting the products you sold to the customers who paid.
Update,
After being told 24th April, to which the date came and passed without any correspondence from them, I had to chase for my panels for the 6th time since ordering back in FEBRUARY.
Now the issue appears to be between their delivery company and has been postponed until the 1st of May.
I am certain I will be back here after the 1st of May to update this review again.

Ordered Jan with expected delivery Feb.
After date being pushed back a 4th time requested refund.
As bathroom project being left on hold I need to look at other options.
When I spoke to customer service they are completely understanding etc..
However have been waiting for refund for 14 days..
Will contact again tomorrow will also be contacting bank .
Please note for anyone having similar isdues,if you are contacting bank you need to do within 120 days for charge back..
You have longer under a section 75.

I ordered the pewter grey stone effect shower panels on the 25th of January. After two postponed deliveries I was assured by the customer service team they were scheduled to come between the 3rd and the 6th of April. They have still not been received with no communication saying they are either on there way or will be delayed again. Severely disappointed.

Scam site. Made an order and they faked shipping info. Nothing arrived, non-responsive customer service.
Got the company on the phone and they have sent another shipment. Awaiting delivery of it will update my review if it ever arrives. Will have been a three week delay and multiple instances of weak support from them. Nothing offered to fix this just eventually delivery of the items they said were in stock when I bought them 8 weeks ago.
