Ordered panels, adhesive and trims with this company. Adhesive shipped and arrived brilliant. Panels sent all damaged. Tried calling no answer after multiple attempts. Emailed on day of delivery with images and invoice to their info@ email as per their website t&cs. No response what so ever. Trims have still not shipped we have had to source else where. Requested these be cancelled on 2 emails with no response. Asked for a refund for trims and damages no response. Do Not Buy!!

I have left numerous emails and tried calling several times regarding my order. It’s getting to the stage where the lateness of the order is holding up the progression of the build. It would be great to actually talk to someone! I think at this stage, i would prefer a refund and go elsewhere.

Still waiting for pre ordered stock which are now nearly 2 weeks late. Called and got told they would be here the back end of last week so had a bathroom company ready. Now cannot get through via telpehone/no replies to my emails!!! Going to loose money as I have deposit doen for them being fitted
Only 2 stars as the one part of the order arrived as should. Would appreciate some further correspondence about my missing parts so I dont loose more money!! Spent over £1k
It seems I am having the same issue as everyone else.
Ordered panels 29th March for pre order due 17th April.
No communication until i contacted them on 27th April and from then on i have been fed a series of lies and and misinformation. There was no update on the delay of these panels until i contacted them. They claim to have had issues with the courier that is now fixed. I've repeatedly been told different information and promised within '24-48hrs' several times from different team members. Now i am just getting ignored and no response to my emails anymore.
Also tried ringing on 3 different days and every time unable to get through because they've closed earlier than their specified calling hours or 'busy'. FYI friday calling hours are 10-12.... 2 hours only......
At this point I just want a response and a refund for my order. I am several hundreds of pounds down and still missing my shower panels, the lack of communication is appalling and insulting to everyone.
Do not order from here!!!! I have waited 10 weeks for my shower panels. Each week I am being told a different excuse . They do not answer the phone or return emails. The customer service communication to keep you updated is awful.
The only reason I have not demanded a refund is due to these panels complementing some others I have already had fitted.
Ordered mid April advised 2-5 working days. Now May 11th and after numerous emails with no replies have requested refund obviously still no response. Telephone is always strangely busy and unable to leave voice mail...
Would not order from this site as communication is atrocious and looks likely not going to receive my items... All i ask is communication!!!!
I purchased a significant amount of slat wall from Naturewall a couple of years ago and was happy with the product, however, the latest product is far superior and much easier to use than before
A shame I feel that I’ve had to do this.
I made my pre-order on March 31st, orders were to be dispatched 2-4 working days from April 17th, I thought that’s ok as I wasn’t ready to install them yet.
After no dispatch email from the 17th, I was told over the phone they were to be dispatched 2-4 days from the 24th, still no dispatch email.
On the 28th I have a email saying ‘I confirm the panels are in stock and will get your order delivered in 2-4 working days.
At this point I’m sick of hearing 2-4 days.
On May 5th I spoke to a guy on the phone, he explained they’ve had courier issues etc but it was all sorted now and promised I would have a tracking number by Friday 8th.
It’s now Friday, no tracking number and 3 weeks over the ‘2-4 days’
I’ve spent over £300,
I want my money back!
After an order placed on 22nd April, no frequent order updates or any immediate way to express concerns and receive answers without sitting with concerns of the unknown. I have just received an update from DX that my order is being delivered on Wednesday 13th.
I'm pleased as we love these chosen shower panels. I just hope there is no damage to them on arrival 🤞🏾. If these come with no damage I will update this to a 4 star review with one star off due to lack of correspondence and customer service concerns leaving customers unsure status of their orders.
Update: Now Wednesday 13th only time will tell now but I am now extremely concerned again! The order number labelled as Copy matches but for some reason on tracking the consignment number it's saying 8 items! I ordered 15 panels so I seriously hope it doesn't correspond to actually Panels or NatureWall have yet again let me down! As I said above I will update if all is received properly today with no damage. If not I will have to force a charge back through my bank as I know communication is so bad no chance I'd get a refund for this if needed!
AVOID using this company at all costs.
We ordered nearly £1000 worth of shower panels in mid April, we were aware that they were due in stock around the 29th April. I emailed on the 28th to check on progress and was told the panels were in stock and would be dispatched on the 29th or 30th, when nothing arrived I called the office and was told that they were having courier issues and that they would now be dispatched Tuesday 5th May, this wasn't ideal as we had planned to install them bank holiday weekend but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited until Tuesday, this came and went with no notification that the panels had been dispatched. I called later on Tuesday and eventually got through on the phone after been cut off constantly and was told the panels had been packed and were waiting collection from the new courier, Parcelforce, this would either be on the 6th or the latest the 7th. Again, these dates came and went with no notification of dispatch, Today is the 8th May and still nothing has been dispatched. I have sent two emails requesting a refund which have been ignored. The phone lines also now seem to be turned off. I have had no other choice but to purchase panels from elsewhere as we are unable to use the shower until the panels are installed. I had used Naturewall before with no issues so I didn’t read the Trustpilot reviews this time, I wish I had as I would have saved allot of time, stress and more importantly, money. Please, shop elsewhere.
On 24th April I placed a trial order worth £566 through my trade account with an estimated dispatch 2-4 working days.
When I chased it on 28th April the excuse given “global shipping disruptions we did experience a slight delay with receiving these panels back into stock from our supplier. I can confirm these have now been received back into stock today and your order will be dispatched within the next 2 working days”
On 2nd of May I chased up again using the online contact system.
On 6th May, having had no response, I called the trade line and was told that the courier firm they use was refusing to make deliveries so they’d had to transfer to a new courier company and my order would definitely be dispatched within the next 48 hours.
On the 6th May I also received an email reply from the Customer Care Team Leader to say that my order would be dispatched on May 7th and I would receive an email confirmation.
It’s now 8th of May and I have still received no confirmation that my order has been dispatched. I called numerous times this morning but their line was always busy, presumably with other unhappy customers. Now it Friday afternoon, their lines are shut and they've not replied to my emails either.
When I look at the website they are currently advertising “free delivery” and listing the product I ordered as “limited stock arriving soon”. Why take orders when they know they can't fulfil them?
My concern at this stage is this is now an exit scam, that they haven’t been paying their couriers and they’re now trying to rake in as much money as possible before doing a runner – prove me wrong!
I will be contacting Trading Standards and my credit card company on Monday.
I will update my review if and when this matter is resolved but would suggest other customers steer clear for now.
I have placed an order on the 17th April, I received replies from Emily stating the dates of the shower panels that was on pre-order for the 29th April and in stock now , but the U trims I is on pre-order for the 4th May which you should now have in stock? I just like to know when I can expect the delivery as I am starting renovations this Monday the 11th? My order number is 222599 and ticket no 172355. I really would appreciate an email or phone call to let me know please. Thank you
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 shower panels and trim, all for estimated delivery of 2-4 days. Shower panels dispatched and delivered and all 3 extremely damaged and as for the 3 trims they weren’t dispatched and then you get fobbed off on the phone or try and call and get ‘these phone lines are busy please try again later’. Shame as the panels seem nice but Im now money down from cancelling a plumber.
Please stay away from this company. I ordered shower panels on 1st April and was given delivery date of the 13th April. Naturewall has not communicated with me at all and took me to ring them on the 18th, where they said there was delay with no reason given, and promised (even in writing) the panels would be delivered within 4 days from 23/04. Never heard anything from them at all, and have been chasing them since with no reply. On two occasions I’m out of pocket by £200 for bathroom fitters, no accountability from naturewall at all. We are so frustrated and upset to have been without a bathroom for almost 6 weeks now! Have asked for a refund on two occasions, no response. Try calling, no one answers and eventually the line cuts out. Have reported to trading standards and to our credit card company in the hope for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. You will be out of pocket and will never see you your purchase.

Haven’t seen such irresponsive customer care, it feels like I have been cheated. Would NEVER recommend this company- The panels arrived broken and since then I am chasing for a collection and refund but they don’t care to respond. The calls aren’t answered either, BEWARE!
Placed an order on 19th April and, since then, have received no communication regarding the delivery or dispatch date of my panels, despite being advised they would be dispatched within 2 working days after 24th April.
After chasing for an update, I received a response on 30th April explaining there were stock issues, but I was assured the order would be dispatched and delivered within 2–4 days. That timeframe has now passed, and I have again attempted to contact your company multiple times without success. Your phone line disconnects automatically, and I have received no replies to emails or messages submitted through your website contact form.
Having spent close to £800, I feel the lack of communication and customer service has been completely unacceptable. A simple phone call or email explaining the situation would have avoided a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration.
I am asking one final time for someone to please respond to me with a clear update on my order before I am forced to raise this matter as a dispute. Order number 222963. Ticket number 173133.
Don't trust delivery timelines.
Despite quoting dates on their website they don't honour these, or even attempt to dispatch in the time, let alone deliver in this slot.
It's looking like my order "may" have been a week late if I let it proceed.
Note they then state 14 day refund timings.

We never had our order delivered in February and never even received a refund despite emailing them so now going to have to claim back through credit card company!

I placed an order on 19 April and still have not received a tracking number or even an estimated delivery date.
I have called customer service multiple times, but no one answers and every call goes straight to voicemail. There has been no proper communication or update about my order.
At this point, I am not even sure whether I will receive the item or be able to get a refund. This has been a very frustrating and worrying experience, and I would not feel confident ordering from this company again unless they resolve this quickly.
