Great place to buy wood thats finished perfectly. This is the third time I use this company. I was dealt with very professionally by Mike C who helped me choose the wood and all the extras I needed to install it. He was very patient at my many questions and always incredibly helpful. A great asset to this company.

I’ve yet to receive the floorboards, but my sales experience with Kevin has been excellent. He showed great patience in answering all my questions, both in the showroom and over email. When I accidentally overpaid an invoice, he promptly got in touch to let me know and issued a refund for the surplus without delay. Not many suppliers would go to such lengths, and I think it speaks volumes about the quality of customer service here.

Rang the company to see when a kitchen island would be back in stock. Instantly told they could help me and within minutes my order was placed and they promptly ordered delivery. Excellent communication. Secondly when it arrived it was just beautiful. Easy to put together (just needed help flipping it right way up!) but otherwise was simple to do for a novice like myself. Its excellent quality and would recommend

Emailed the Sales team to see when a certain kitchen island would be back I n stock. Mike responded promptly via. Email, was understanding and got me an oak end grain black kitchen island shipped out the very next day.
Ignoring the delivery side of things which was handled by a third party, I’ve got to say I’m incredibly impressed with this companies products and attitude.
The island is beautiful, exactly as described and was perfectly packed. Building it took less than 45 minutes, and the packaging is almost entirely recyclable with barely any plastic. No polystyrene here!! Not only great for the environment but noticeably barely any mess from building the product.
Instructions mostly clear.

Very very happy and will likely purchase from this company again.

I paid £6000 for a beautiful dark Wenge floor.

After 3 years it has faded to a light colour. We should have been told how this wood quickly changes.

We would never have chosen Wenge if we had known it would become such an ugly eyesore.

Exemplary in every way. I have received more than five years of perfect service from Kevin. What he doesn't know about wood flooring isn't worth knowing. From the lengthiest to the tiniest question, Kevin has taken the time to explain anything I needed to know about laying floors (my husband and I do all the work ourselves). Nothing is too much trouble and he always finds solutions to problems. This is the only flooring company we will ever use, which is a testament to Kevin and his team, because we are VERY fussy customers, as Kevin knows all too well by now. Yet still he smiles...

Not really a customer service seeking company.

They sell nice kitchen islands that are ex ikea furniture the worktop is not a full piece of wood it is coated mfd
