There was a mix up with my order as it was a bigger size order than usual. I reached out to them and their team Niimi, Fin and Nikki were shockingly quick with their reply. I was also down with the rona, so I wasn't able to respond as fast as I would have liked to, however, what I was really impressed by was how they would be doing follow ups, which made me appreciate them even more. These guys and gals are my definite go to!

Yeah this website is legit if you were wondering. Ordered some NYKD pouches and they shipped in about 3-4 days after ordering. Totally worth it. Just put in another order.
