I ordered and paid £75 for what I thought was smart tv receiver it turns out I was sent a simple casting device, I have had one in my mountain of gadgets for years !
I informed the company and was told to return them to an address in China !!!
These people are scammers DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

This company is Fraudulent. DO NOT order form them.

Ordered june not delivered september, they keep telling i gave wrong address, impossible, a total scam or shame company. Do not buy on facebook.

I bought tv superboost, the instruction brochure is ridiculously small 7cmx10cm the writing is tiny and cannot be read 7cmx10cm, so useless, trying to return product.

I asked for a cancellation of my order and full refund and received great service from Alice and refund in my bank within a week.

I ordered the product and was charged onJuly 30 and have received nothing and am still trying to get a refund. I’m beginning to believe they may be scammers. Today is September 5th.
Do not order from them.

What they describe in the advert bears no relation to the product you receive. It is a total con. Try to send it back, bearing in mind it took 2 weeks to arrive, their 30 day money back guarantee states it must be returned and received in china within 30 days OF THE DATE OF THE ORDER.
I claimed from visa and they gave me a full refund, but it was a hassle. These cowboys should be in Jail

firstly I bought off a UK web site, but when it came to delivery, I was then, and only informed then, that it is on its way from china. On receipt, the item didn't work due to various severe security breeches on the PC /smart tv/and phone- all refused to connect due the item having encrypted 3rd party access that could get access to other items in my soft ware-they are a con and should be arrested for selling items they advertise as working on all systems, and saying they are a UK company when they are importing items devised to spy and collect data for a 3rd party/foreign power, surely this is a breech of national security by a foreign country and these people peddling this in the UK are working for a foreign power with harmful intentions planned-as, they did not mentioned that they then order the items from china which are developed with spy ware and other dodgy software to steel personal data-thankfully I didn't fall for there patter of buying multiple items for a huge discount, but stuck to only 1 item to test it, I lost £45 to these thieves

I ordered from them on 01/08/2024 max delivery time 15 days it is now 24/08/2024 and no delivery Evrie says it has the package on 12/08/2024 but they have encountered a problem ?? So I have contacted native discount on at least 10 occasions all the keep doing is sending me a link to Evrie I have requested a refund but nothing I have now contacted my card company to see what they can do
Do not use this company as you will only get problems

After having problems with my order,after several emails back and forth we have come to an amicable decision in the end.

Compay is a fraud, please do not buy anything from them, I cancelled my order within half hour, they still haven’t processed my refund or even got back to me. 0 stars

I ordered 2 items then went to the reviews. Got cold feet and cancelled within a couple of hours by email. Surprisingly with time difference (me in Thailand they in France a very quick response. First in French then when told not speak English had 2 more emails confirming my cancellation and asking for patience and will get back to me. Ok I have to wait a little but excellent customer service.

I have ordered two sets of POWER FACTOR SAVER WRITTEN ON THE BOX ("Nativediscouted.com)
ON 22 JUNE, 2024.

1. Received the products on 1 July, 2024.
2. On the same day I plugged on base on the instruction manual ( attached ) 3. 1st week Meter read -41.5kWh was 8th July
4. 2nd week was 42.7kWh was 15 July
5. 3rd week was 46.8kWh was 22 July
6.4th week 48.2 kWh was 29 July
7. I think On 3 week I send emails to Nativediscount regarding to high consumption ((( FLAT SIZES 111 SM- Or 1200 Sf FAMILIES OF 3 no air-condition))).
8. iF I DON'T OPEN & TRY FOR 3/ WEEK HOW DO I KNOW IT SAYS MY SAVE ELECTRIC CONSUMPTION?

I saw an advert for Rémy smart tv box, read the article and at the bottom of the page found a link to buy. Clicked it, but nothing on there said anything about it being a Rémy smart tv box. So I closed the page to do some research. Suddenly I’m getting notifications about having items in my basket ??? So I send them an email and asked if it was the Rémy smart tv box that was being sold and received a one word answer NO. Having read the reviews and based on their rubbish customer service, I think I’m gonna make a wise choice and pass.

I have ordered a usb for a smart tv on the 9th of June 2024. In the process I was prompted to order a second one at a discount I should have known then that I was being scammed. I have not received my order to this day. DO NOT TOUCH THEM. I should have done my research. The email that was sent to me to confirm the purchase has since disappeared.

Native Discount delivered my product and it was stolen during delivery, which was supposed a secured delivery.

They said that refunds were only given when the product is returned.
