The reply is very prompt from Alice, support manager, as stated from the email.
However, the problem starts when returning the item. To date, no refund.
Native Discount insist "Native Discount, +44 7488 863584". They did not want to give their China warehouse person name and contact details as requested by one of the biggest forwarder in China to create the tracking number. I have never encountered any legit warehouse in China that cannot give a local person name and local contact number for forwarder to contact in China.
Very highly, NativeDiscount never want to collect back nor refund after payment is made. This is just a waste of time to reply and pay the shipment to return to China.
Hoping the China authority can help to "get rid" of this "bad apples". Native Discount warehouse is stated below in English and google translated in Chinese (as requested by our forwarder in China)

I purchased a "smart tv" that came with the wrong instruction book. Multiple emails back and forth asking a simple question. I was constantly asked to be patient. I was. The final indignity came from my last email to them. In the reply I was told they couldn't help "because the deadline has passed".

total scam ! item twice never arrived , third replacement did not work , paid for 3 years maintain ance would not replace none working control so could not use item . They said 30 days has passed so cannot replace , but it was not due to not receiving working unit

It was sent to me from Mississauga, Ontario, so why not return it there? I purchased it from shopifyemail.com Now I'm finding that was a big mistake. Plus I never received a recite so I don't even know how much I'm being charged for? Is it in Canadian or US Funds?

Warning: do not order and buy with/via/from this 'company' which is simply a money collecting gang... there is no other name for people who cash your money and never deliver anything as it happens to me ... . so, check before you order: nativeDiscount, this is another fraud and cheater....
- check the trustpilot before you order ... you order, but nothing happens.
You call and you write ... they changing their telephone number several times.

I have ordered one smart TV, on the check out I was charged for 2+1 pcs. I said fine. But, unfortunately they did not deliver inspite of my repeated follow ups and tracking. The 17 Track app shows that the item was not picked up from their warehouse in Netherlands!!!
I think they are a scam. I don't know how to retrieve my money around 103 us dollars. Very frustrated.

I bought this product expecting to be able access all channels when I go on holiday. BIG MISTAKE, tried using it on my tv s at home so I could find out how to use it
When I connected it to my tv one of the fittings did not connect correctly so the item didn’t work, so I tried to contact the dealer asking for a refund or replacement, I was informed that I could send it back to china and pay postage myself or have 30 per cent . chose the refund as this company seems be not very customer friendly, also I paid £40 for this item, when I looked on site I could find the same item for £10, also I don’t you can access all the channels like advertising states, so please avoid this company

I bought a product from nativediscout.com which I paid for `in full' at the time of purchase. And since that `corrupt company' has been withdrawing a sum of $5.91 [au] from my visa debit card for the past two months! So firstly the product didn't do what it should have as televised on media and now some theiving swine at native discount.com is scamming me. It's this sort of behaviour here in Australia we are absolutely sick of and our government's are doing nothing to stop it from happening. I am on a low income as a result of personal injury which I receive a minimal social security benefit from the tax payers of the country. I want this matter taken extremely seriously and warn everybody to avoid having anything to do with both native discount.com and more broadly avoid doing online business with all foreign companies who for the most part `cannot be traced' if an issue arise....
To say that I am angry about this is an understatement, I am in fact irate.

doesn't even warrant 1 star, but that was the least i could give, to write my review. I ordered buy 2 and get 1 Free, I have received only 1 of the items a so called 'built in sat nav.' It is basically a screen grab and does no more, it tells you too download an 'all cast' app to turn your phone into a tv remote. This you had to pay for to get it, and still does not work. Total rip off and still wating for a full refund!

The connection did not work and customer support was non existent. I will not use again

This company is selling the smart TV fake device, which is a scam. You will loose your 50 USD buying this device to find out that it just mirror your phone screen to the TV. There are no TV channels, avoid buying this and feeding the scam.

This website is a scam, they charged me a higher price than the invoice, don’t want to refund the difference anyway there is no one behind the customer service, just a pathetic bot, and 3 weeks later I still haven’t received the product.

Delivery took much longer than expected, units would not connect, Return policy is 30 days including delivery period. Their support was resending the instructions. would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Just bought two so-called 4G LTE-advanced mobile WiFi.
I have tried all possibilities to make them work, but they are not working at all.
I have given up and realize, that this firm is a scam.
So never deal with them, I am telling you.

After explaining their device was not suitable where they state the HHMI is to go, they delivered a useless thing with multiple cords that was not what was shown on the original advertisement. I have asked for a refund for $74, but this won't happen. In fact I suspect the one that was advertised wouldn't work either'.

Hello, I received the SmartWifi, it works but it doesn't connect, that is, it doesn't give me any internet at all... it's a scam, I reset it, turn it off, turn it on and nothing happens, I tried to use it in different places and the same thing happens, what a disappointment, I feel scammed... thanks for nothing.
