My uncle passed away many years ago, but he and my aunt had side-by-side markers. My uncle's marker was showing signs of deterioration, and we needed to purchase a marker for my aunt after she passed away last fall. We had been trying to work with the company the cemetery recommended, but we were rather disgusted with the hard sell, lack of customer service, and high prices. We had something specific in mind, and the company told us they couldn't do what we wanted. I started researching online and found Nationwide Monument, which had really good reviews. I did not realize they were in Utah until I actually called to see what they could do! My first thought was that there was no way they could help when they were across the country from Georgia. I was wrong! Steve was very sympathetic about our experience with the other company. He explained their process and how he could coordinate everything with the cemetery, including shipping and installation. He made quite a few phone calls and sent emails to the cemetery himself so that we didn't have to deal with them. The outcome was perfect! We decided to go with a brand new marker for my uncle as well so that the fonts were the same and both markers were new and matched. Nationwide was able to create the 2 new markers for just under the price the other company quoted for 1 new one and for refurbishing the other! The artwork was great, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The customer service was outstanding and friendly, and the price was completely reasonable! The fact that they were across the country was not an issue at all. If I had to do this all over again, the only thing I would do differently is to call them first!

I had to shop around because I have spent a small fortune on everything for my husband up to this point. Nationwide Monument gave me the best deal and helped take care of everything for me. Before I called Nationwide I went into the gravestone place on State Street that I won't name and was treated like I was buying a car for crying out loud. He about had me talked into a gigantic marble thing that they had sitting in their showroom, when I tried to leave I was hounded into almost buying another granite thing they had sitting there. I just don't like that. I thought I wouldn't be buying a gravestone for a while. My friends Bill and Janice told me to call Nationwide Monuments out of Utah. I didn't see how that was going to help me but they explained how they help with gravestones all across the nation and they can save me money. Well that was music to my ears. I got on the internet and looked for companies and there they were. I called and talked with Mr. Robert and we ended up talking about our childhoods for half an hour before we even got into buying a gravestone. I was hooked with their friendliness. I bought a beautiful double name monument in August and they installed it for me right before Halloween. I am so happy I could cry over it. I saved money and I got exactly what I wanted and I wasn't pressured into anything. That deserves 6 stars in my book.

Better Than Local!

Steve and Heidi were absolutely amazing! I am so grateful for the way they treated me and my family. This has been such an emotional time for us and we really needed someone like Steve and Heidi. We bought a very nice monument for my Mom and Dad.

We went to one of our local companies that have been around for hundreds of years and they treated us like we had no choice but to use them. They quoted us a ridiculously high price and told us that they also make the monuments for our mortuary, who actually quoted us lower than them, for the same thing! That didn't jive for us and we felt like we were being taken advantage of.

My cousin referred us to Nationwide Monument because they had a great experience earlier this year and so we called. And we are SO GLAD that we did! What a nice experience to have someone that treats you like they care and actually cares about saving you money while giving you an excellent product. My family isn't made of money but we wanted to buy something nice and affordable. Steve worked everything out with our cemetery and Heidi lined up the installation for us. It got installed last week and it is so beautiful! In fact, the artwork is far better than any of the others that is within 100 feet of ours, probably due to the fact that most of the ones around ours were done by this local company that has old fashioned clip art that isn't even artwork. Their version of a mountain compared to the mountain scene we got isn't even close in comparison.

What more can I say? We got a BETTER product. We got BETTER artwork. We paid LESS. We were treated BETTER. I will forever refer Nationwide Monument to anyone that has to go through this. It is WORTH IT!

I'm very surprised at all the positive glowing reviews of this company as my experience was the complete opposite. I originally spoke with Steve to arrange for a flat marker for my ancestors in a large cemetery situated in a major metropolitan area. I provided him with all the necessary information including the name and phone number of the cemetery contact person. A number of phone calls took place over the next month during which Steve claimed he was having trouble getting in touch with the cemetery to make the necessary arrangements. However, I had no problem whatsoever in reaching the cemetery contact person in the interim.

Steve ultimately advised me after over a month had gone by that he would be "working on getting a price" and get back to me. As I did not hear back from Nationwide after more weeks passed by I ultimately contacted a local cemetery monument company and within two days was able to finalize the marker design; all necessary paperwork; and payment without any problems. I've never heard back from Steve or anyone at Nationwide. In short, I was treated by Nationwide in an unprofessional and discourteous manner and would never recommend this outfit under any circumstance.

Hi Folks,
I would highly recommend Nationwide Monument for Affordable tombstones. The staff was very professional and my situation presented multiple challenges. Between a cemetery with strict regulations and a couple of crazies I had to deal with on my end the staff at Nationwide came through it all and handled it in a very professional manner while I was a nervous wreck. They listened to my concerns and came through with a suitable design that met cemetery regulations. And they handled two very difficult people beautifully. Finally I got a very nice beautiful headstone that compliments my husband's grave. Also need I mention Nationwide did it for 1/3 the price the local gravestone seller wanted.
You can't go wrong and that's why I'm recommending Nationwide Monuments.

Nationwide Monument did a beautiful job on a flat stone marker that I ordered as a memorial for my mother. Steve was very kind and easy to work with, a proof was ready for my approval within 24 hours, and a special request was accommodated with no problem. The finished product turned out better than I expected! I was also working within a tight timeframe and they got the finished marker to me super fast! I have nothing but praise for Nationwide Monument!

It has taken me more than 2-yrs. to post this review for Nationwide Monument. Going through the loss of an only child was hard enough on its on. However, Nationwide Monument seemed to understand the pain of my loss, and made my experience with them as pleasant as they could. The stone was just as I ordered, the engraving was done with a laser, and the picture appeared just as I uploaded of my son, and the captions read exactly as I wrote them using the font and size I requested.
I have no complaints with Nationwide Monument's craftsmanship. I only wish I had chose engraving rather than laser, but that has nothing to do with Nationwide Monument. I wonder if 100-yrs. later will the image and words be visible? Probably not, so I may have to consider making a new marker using engraving?

My experience was positive and encouraging. The headstone turned out even better than I expected. The design was intricate but they were able to do it exactly. Placement in the cemetery was perfect.

I was skeptical conducting business via online; however, the experience was pleasant. Corey went above and beyond in satisfying the needs of this customer. He worked the details with the funeral home which made the effort seemingless. Communication was crucial in tracking the progress which he completed via phone calls, texting, and email correspondents. This professional and committed company will be used again, when required..

The headstone was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a headstone at a reasonable price.

I'm very happy with National monument. Their service was excellent and product is top of the line. I shopped around and got four bids. Two of the prices were from local monument companies and were double the cost. I started shopping and on the web and found two companies, National and one other. National had the best price and they worked with me for over a month helping get the design I wanted. The delivery was when promised and my cemetery installed it for a small fee.

The professionalism of staff and the ease of use of the website helped me pick a stone for my Son. They made one of the hardest times in my life a little easier and can't thank them enough. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, the stone arrived as I designed it and on time, with no "surprise" fees. I really appreciated working with Nationwide Monument at a time when it was difficult to make decisions. They were easily to deal with, but most importantly, they double verified information I wanted on the head stone was absolutely correct. I thought the pricing was reasonable and the fact that it was shipped directly to my home town. Their images, selections and colors I thought were very easy to navigate. Excellent Experience.!!

I was very happy with the customer service that I got while trying to order a headstone for my brother. They were great to work with. They stayed in contact while it was being made and they are very affordable. The headstone was beautiful, great craftsmanship.

The stone was a very nice one . Shipped & packaged with care . I want to order one for my 2 sons , but Friends Cemetary in Newberg, Or. said they would charge me 150.00 to place one on there if it was not ordered from them . That plot where they are , was purchased in 1962...how can they refuse to let me put it on there ! Thanks , Savanna Lutz
