My infant Grandson, Grady, only lived for 32 days. I couldn't afford much for a grave marker for his grave until I found Nationwide Monument. Being able to create a beautiful marker for his little grave, gave me such a comforting feeling. If I could post a picture of the beautiful work that Nationwide Monument did on this marker, I would share it with everyone here because it truly is a work of art. Thank you so much, National Monument, for helping me to give my Grandson a beautiful resting place.

Ordering a headstone for a loved one is a daunting task in itself. Many people would have probably given up the task early on in the project. There are several hurdles to cross:
1. Selecting the style of monument (style, stone type, requirements of the cemetery)
2. Designing the Headstone
3. Placing the Order
4. Dealing with the Cemetery

I felt like I fumbled through this process, and although I got through it I don't feel like Nationwide Monument did all they could to help a novice through this process. There are many details that must be dealt with and I was unfamiliar with the expectations of the industry and the particulars of the process.

Nationwide Monument came through just fine with their end of the deal... I'm pleased with the final product. I would definitely go this route again, however, now I'm better aware of what all I have to consider. I'm not sure that everyone who would like to purchase a monument will contend with all the details and frustrations involved with the current process.

If Nationwide Monument would spend some time in building out some educational pieces on their website to walk people through all the particulars of the process it would be helpful and possibly help them to keep their prospective clients engaged, pulling them through the process successfully

Ordering the last thing that I would ever buy for my brother to show his love and our love for him on a special headstone was hard to do. I'm going to tell you I was scared and looked online for hours and hours. I read reviews on all the companies even local. Thats what started me going back to Nationwide Monument ever time I was online. The reviews was so great. When I finally decided and when I started the order the staff was on top of it right away. They kept me up to date by email with each step of the order. I remember I was nervous about the order one time and they could tell from my email they called to make I got what I wanted.

It takes special people to deal with grieving people ordering for loved ones that have passed. These people are the best.

Thank you for your flexibility under at a very stressful time. I am very pleased with the quality of the stone. Your communications were clear and consise.

A wonderful variety of stones, website easy to navigate, very reasonable prices, everything was just as promised, I received a preview of the headstone before it was made, received within the time promised. I have already made several referrals, the stone was beautifully done and I couldn't be happier, 100 percent satisfied.

What a great company. Living in Alaska you have to just realize that you will just have to pay high, high fees for everything. Lucked into Nationwide monument when father in law passed. They made the process of ordering monument quite easy. Headstone was exactly what my mother in law had envisioned (we purchased a companion headstone). Price was great and the process from start to finish was timely. This company is a diamond in the rough.
