Exceptional Service from start to finish

My boiler broke down just the end of last year contacted nationwide gas care and was surveyed the next day and new boiler fitted within a week all just before Christmas. Then last weekend Sunday 12th April my 92 year old mother’s boiler packed in phoned nationwide on the Monday they surveyed the same day made my mother a top priority and fitted a new boiler on the Thursday 16th. Both times they have been amazing professionals and I cannot thank them enough for all they did especially for my mother. If you need a new boiler this is the place to go. Great price and great service I would highly recommend Nationwide Gas Care

I received a service from them in October I couldn't fault their service at all. The workers customer service was amazing they were so kind and helpful and would definitely be using them again would recommend to all

Professional, friendly and trustworthy company

I've used this company for a few years now and can honestly say they have never let me down. My boiler is serviced on time, every year. Any callouts are responded to quickly and efficiently. All the staff at this company are professional and polite. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Got a new boiler installed in November can’t fault the guys at all very polite,
got to work no messing about and cleaned everything up after the,
very happy and would highly recommended this company

Very poor

Very poor, cancelled on the day of my service due to a gas leak elsewhere,unable to offer me a suitable reasonable appointment, I had used my last days annual leave for the service. Accept gas leaks take priority but absolutely no care for the customer, as a result I cancelled my policy and went with a more reputable provider

New Boiler

I had my boiler replaced recently by Nationwide Gas Care and the level of service from start to finish has been very professional, from the very first contact to the engineer installing our new boiler, I cannot fault this company which has lead me to write this review.

Unacceptable treatment of a complaint

We have been customers of Nationwide for many years and over the last two years have reported that the boiler was constantly depressurising. They looked at the boiler but not the rest of the heating system as they promise to do in their literature.

Recently we discovered that a slow leak from a radiator had caused substantial damage and rectifying this has caused considerable expense to repair flooring and an insurance claim to replace a carpet. When we mentioned this to the engineer he immediately identified this as the cause of the loss of boiler pressure. That should have been investigated last year and this, both in view of the promise in the Nationwide literature and the nature of the reported problem.

I wrote to the firm using their online form on 12 August but got no response, so I posted a letter to the manager on 16 September and got no response. I then emailed copies of the August and September messages and got confirmation of receipt, but no response. I have phoned the office on numerous occasions and been told that the managing director was the only one who could deal with this, and he has never been in touch.

We find the lack of response unprofessional and discourteous. This treatment of a reasonable complaint is unacceptable.

5 Star Service!

I use Nationwide Gas Care for my annual boiler service. Always excellent service, from office staff through to engineers. Arrive for scheduled work promptly, friendly and polite service during visit. Any work required or completed is explained by friendly helpful engineers during visit. I had no hesitation in recommending to a friend when they had work needing done.

Needed the boiler replaced and…

Needed the boiler replaced and thermostat valves fitted to radiators.Prior to arranged date of work there was no heating or hot water.Nationwide were called out and came the pump was replaced.Considering this was less than 2 weeks before boiler was replaced their response was excellent.Would highly recommend the company.Have been a customer for over 20 years this says a lot by itself.Thank you to all the team office included.Prompt service every time when needed.

Excellent service

We had water leaking from boiler phoned in left a message and the engineer was with us within 2 hours he required a part but made sure everything was safe and explained what would happen next EXCELLENT SERVICE

This will be the 2nd year I have had my…

This will be the 2nd year I have had my property insured with Nationwide Gas Care. I feel care is the appropriate word. There was a recent issue on a Saturday with the boiler and the company attended within a couple of hours. They fixed the issue and identified parts required as well which they followed up on promptly, arranging a time that was suitable to come back and fit them. Excellent service. Pleasant workman and office staff. I have recently recommended them to a friend, who is looking for boiler cover, with no hesitation whatsoever.

Great Service

I recently joined Nationwide Gas Care and from the first point of contact. The office staff were polite and very helpful. They arranged an engineer to attend my home in no time to fix my boiler. The engineer kept me updated and repaired my issue on the same visit. I would encourage others if looking for a maintenance plan to contact them.

I've used Nationwide for over 12 years…

I've used Nationwide for over 12 years now: replacing 3 boilers and 4 service contracts over that time.
The most recent replacement was technically the most challenging (re-routing multiple pipes etc), but all the work was tackled competently and cheerfully. A few small snagging items dealt with fully and immediately (this is always my test of a company that I want to do business with).
Before the boiler was replaced, I had to call them out to keep the previous boiler limping on...this was during first lockdown, and they dealt with necessary precautions fully and reassuringly.
I'm glad to use their services and don't hesitate to encourage others to do the same.

Problem with heating

The helpful office picked up my call quickly and organised an engineer to come later the same day. The friendly engineer fixed the problem in no time and safely sanitised the boiler after working with it. Very happy with service.

Annual Service

I am very happy to recommend Nationwide who I have been with for several years. The engineer phoned with a time of arrival and was very friendly and helpful when he arrived. I have only needed one part replaced which was quickly done at the time of the service.

I have used Nationwide Gas Care for a quite a number of years for servicing my central heating system & they have always provided an excellent service. The one occasion when the engineer could not make the allotted time slot, he phoned, well in advance, to ascertain if he could carry out the service later the same day.
