The technician was brilliant
The technician was brilliant, and the lady on reception. The booking service team werent good, my reg was put down wrong and the widscreen as a replacement instead of a repair. Had to ring up 3 times before everything was done correctly.

Replaced with a non Volvo windscreen of inferior quality. I can now see the electric wires in the heated windscreen on a sunny day as they aren't aligned in uniform.
Didn't fit the wipers we paid for but did refund promptly when raised

Great work by the screen fitters. Cannot fault the screen fitting training guy from Middlesbrough. Great job and interpersonal skills.
However communication, information and interaction virtually non existent from the front desk staff. Would have been 5 stars if I felt valued by the first point of contact staff.
