Lots of emails to remind me about my appointment, & also text messages, when vehicle was ready they texted me & I could pick it up when I was ready.
The only problem I did have was I bought some new wiper blades as the recommended, I needed them anyway as 1 of my wipers are no good, 2 days later my screen was dirty so I put on the wipers & noticed they haven’t been changed & I had paid for the service, so I got in touch with National Windscreens & they looked into it & refunded my money for the wipers. All I say just check, otherwise the service was great.

Workmanship rough
Initially they couldn't couldn't secure the broken windows becuse no branches were open on a weekend, something to consider if your windows broken on a weekend. Great communication from the branch manager Neil on the Monday, however my rear doors were cut to pieces removing the old bonding the paintwork around the door completely butchered on one side.

Good service, albeit a little slow
The actual service I received at the Trowbridge branch was excellent in terms of the fitting, but it was quite a slow process from initial contact to when it was completed.

Well let down on first appointment but they were very apologetic and did compensate us.
Waiting room is ok but no coffee or tea machine or cold water.

Piss poor , unrealible
Home visit was cancelled due to rain , technicians aren't supplied with awning to enable the work to be carried out outside. Could have been done that day after the rain cleared. Rescheduled next visit several days later , given no choice with the date. Pure luck it was done between rain showers. What if it wasn't? Another appointment? This is Britain for Christ's sake.

The windscreen cracked in 2 places…
The windscreen cracked in 2 places within 2 days. Getting a repair whilst on holiday in France is proving a very slow process. We’re driving with large cracks wondering if it will get worse. It could be dangerous. Weekend support was poor and no one seemed to have knowledge of the European options

100% Satisfied
Arrived on time and details checked including maximum waiting time. The Technician assigned the works introduced himself and took my key. (nice touch on the introduction). I would have gone for a coffee but it was raining and no facilities for such but a well appointed toilet was available. Whilst waiting it was brought to my attention that the side strips had deteriorated but were still serviceable and changing at some stage is recommended. (Its a prestige car which I bought with my pension and trying to keep alive).
After the rain had gone I decided on that coffee and a BS. As I was leaving the technician that was assigned the job asked if I was leaving, when I replied yes he said I'll be done in 15 minutes.
Very happy man, drove away within quoted time. Unfortunately they did not have the windscreen wipers in stock but the refund was quickly returned to my account.
As you can probably see I am 100% delighted with the service from National Windscreens. thank you all so much.
