Everything seems good and well fitted
Everything seems good and well fitted, only had chance to drive car a couple of days due to being away. Bit frustrating that I couldn't contact them to see if car was ready, tried the auto chat but that didn't work. They couldn't contact me as I found out they had wrong number for me. Guy on reception desk very apologetic, that's life.

Great service
Great service. All done in a couple of hours and made most welcome to wait and work whilst my car was being worked on which saved a lot of messing about with lifts and going back and forth.

Poor workmanship. Avoid for HUD-compatible windscreen replacement.
I am writing this review based on a recent windscreen replacement for my BMW i5 by National Windscreens Sheffield on behalf of my insurer, Aviva. While the initial booking process was straightforward, the service I received was unacceptable.
Following the installation, I was left with significant visual distortion in the Heads-Up Display (HUD) and noticeable wind noise—issues that were not present with my original factory-fitted glass. It is clear that the quality of the replacement part or the standard of the installation (or both) is fundamentally flawed.
I immediately raised this with National Windscreens but they were not interested in rectify, claiming this is the only glass they can source.
Furthermore there were pieces of broken trim clips in the footwell and the wipers weren't even refitted correctly.
I certainly cannot recommend their services for modern vehicles equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) or HUD, as they have failed to meet the necessary technical standards. Also very concerning that they lack the competence to undertake even basic elements of work like fitting wipers.
I am now left fighting this out with the insurer to rectify. Stressful and way below the level of service expected. Avoid!
