The passenger door glass broke in my…
The passenger door glass broke in my Iveco Eurocargo 8 days ago. I was put through to National Disaster by my insurance company and after being cut off on the phone twice I finally managed to speak to someone about getting the glass replaced, having to pay £90 excess at the end of the call. An appointment was made to replace the glass 48 hours later.
Friday morning arrived and I was contacted by the call center in Bristol to be told that the glass hadn’t arrived at my local depot and so a new appointment was made for the following Tuesday. Tuesday arrives and another call to say that the glass still hasn’t arrived at the depot.
Another appointment was made for Wednesday and lo and behold it was cancelled again. I expressed my displeasure at being messed around by National Disaster. It transpires during the call that it takes 5 days to get glass from the depot at Castlewood so the first 2 appointments couldn’t be honored.
The 2 lads that finally arrived today to fit the glass ( who did a great job) told me that the glass would have spent 3 days being processed at their Avonmouth depot before it would be dispatched to Redruth.
It also appears that the company’s trucker drivers don’t work weekends so if you’re in need of having your glass replaced then the best time to break it is on a Monday because there’s a chance it might be fixed by Friday.
From my experience with this company I wouldn’t recommend it or use it again.

So quick and easy. Came to my work place and explained exactly what needed to be done. Also gave after advice, I would definitely recommend. Explained that is a common fiat 500 problem. Amazing service and would use again.

Awesome service. The repairer kept me updated and even turned up earlier than first estimated but I was kept informed the whole time.

It was fantastic the weather turned bad and they need to do the screen at there yard so they came to pick the van up as i was at work and was dropped bk when it was done no better service than that
