Overall good but with room for improvement with certain aspects
The person who fitted the new windscreen was friendly, professional & worked well. He turned up on time & got straight on with the job, fitting the new screen well within the estimated time given.
However the wait for fitting the windscreen was a week, which was too long considering my vehicle was not road safe to drive for this period.
I thought the communication received from the start to the finish of the process was particularly good with useful updates.
The excess I had to pay for the new replacement windscreen for my particular vehicle was excessive, considering it was a very basic screen without any special sensors or heating elements. It made the so called benefit of insurance rather pointless! Although this was down to my insurance company & not the fault of National Windscreens.
So overall very good. My only gripe was the inconvenience regarding the length of time it took, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Fantastic updates.I was given a time slot 8-4.30 a long time to wait in.The fitters tracker was not working .A quick phone call to the office to see if I could narrow time down .Fitter Tim rang straight away and gave me a 2 hour window which was fine.Arrived on time .The new window was fitted efficiently and Tim was very friendly and a tidy worker .Thankyou

Soon after speaking with our insurance company we had contact from our local National Windscreens to arrange a preliminary assessment. It was good to see on the website what jobs were in our queue and Tim was prompt on arrival and clear with his advice. The second visit to replace the glass was equally as well organised. Administration was clear and concise.
