Replacement windscreen
The appointment was good once the booking was finally confirmed. It was changed which was a bit of a pain. But once the appointment was finalised it was great. We arrived a few minutes early. The gentleman took my keys and then texted me to say it was all done earlier than expected. The gentleman were very polite and helpful.

Hadn’t checked they had my windscreen in stock!!
Wasn’t very impressed to be told that they didn’t have the right windscreen for my car when I arrived at 8.30am and that the one they needed wouldn’t be arriving until the afternoon. When I asked why they couldn’t have told me in advance so I could arrive later, they said ‘we only checked this morning’…the car had been booked in for almost 3 weeks!! I would have expected them to check they had the right glass at some point BEFORE the morning of the appointment. I don’t live locally (40min drive) so not worth driving home and back again but also couldn’t just sit there and wait all day, so had to get an uber to the train station and then the train home and return when it was done. Couldn’t use any company closer to my address as was going through insurance so had to go wherever they told me to. They weren’t very apologetic for the inconvenience caused. Work they did was fine, but they leave a lot to be desired for organisational skills and customer service.

Good job and completed quicker than expected. Location was not ideal for dropping off the car and had to wait a couple of weeks to be seen but other than that service was great.

Took less time than quoted
Work done well before quoted which was great. But quite a few finger prints of adhesive left on screen. Haven't received a receipt of acknowledgement of work.

Excellent service from the technician
The vehicle technician was great! Rang us 15 mins beforehand to say he was on his way and the work and service he provided was excellent. The only negative was that we had to wait over 2 weeks for the appointment.

Awful company
Awful company. Installed a damaged windscreen. When reported to the company was informed I would have to cover the cost of a new one when the damage was on the screen prior to fitting and highlighted to the company 20 minutes after the fitter left have photo evidence with time stamps and nothing. Go autoglass next time. Take the hit. Shocking.

Great service all round
Great service all round. The booking process was straightforward and easy.
It was also very convenient to have the windscreen fitted at home.
On the day of fitting, the technician arrived promptly. He was very professional and had a friendly manner.
The windscreen was fitted and the car and surrounds were left spotless when he'd finished. The technician carried out checks on all the new windscreen features, e.g. heated windscreen etc. The old windscreen was disposed of by National Windscreens.
I was left with clear instructions regarding when I could use the car and when I could next wash the car etc.
I am very pleased with a thoroughly professional service by National Windscreens.
